Molto carina
Paesaggio bellissimo. Locanda pulita. Servizio accogliente. Ristorante carino con cibo buonissimo e non caro.

The photos do not do this beautiful hotel justice. It is beautiful in a beautiful tiny town on the top of a mountain. Our dinner was wonderful. We feel very lucky to have found this gem!

stationnement à l'autre bout du village. pas de climatisation store cassé et baissé (réparation en fin de séjour) télévision petite et bas de gamme joints de douche sales et paroi coulissante cassée Lors du petit déjeuner, la charcuterie (mortadelle et jambon) était exposée non réfrigérée

Nous sommes désolé pour la mauvaise critique. - La Locanda ne pas de parking, vous avez parqué a 100 mètres de l'hotel. - vous avez casséles volets de la fenetre et le lendemain il a été réparé Si vous voulez une plus grande tv, vous pouvez choisir la prochaine fois, un hotel de luxe à pescara et payer beaucoup plus.

Hotel excellent
It was a very nice expérience in this wonderful abbruzo area.The hotel have an amazing view, Donatello is very compétent and sympathic.The evening the food is local and very tasty.

The hotell did not open before 1500.
There was no information regarding the opening hours. We tryed to make contakt between 1415 - 1445 nobody answerd. We returned to Rome - wasted money.

We also run small apartments in the country and we were. We explained in the previous email. It also happens sometimes but we are also increasingly been called on the assistance of Expedia. We do not understand how that could happen. You can send an email where we will have a good to retrieve your reservation. For yourself or friends. Sorry for mistake.

Loved Vacri
If you are looking for a comfy place to stay, with great scenery, this is the place. It is in a little village - Vacri. You can see the snow on the alps and the Adriatic; ancient towns; fantastic valleys - it is all here. Be sure to visit the café just up the hill. We enjoyed our 2 Italian dinners in-house - well done! During our 3 weeks in Italy, our 2 nights at the Locanda del Vecchio Borgo will always be considered a highlight!

Awesome Host!
Donatello was an awesome host, we felt at home, he was so accommodating and friendly. We had dinner there twice, absolutely outstanding! Food was incredible, we wished we could have stayed longer. A definite must stay when you are in the area.

Beautiful location, great service
Due to an error in communication between Hotels.com and the proprietor, we had trouble accessing the hotel - we were not expected, and no one was there when we arrived. But friendly locals helped us out, and the friendly helpful owner soon arrived, was extremely apologetic, and all was fine. The room (2 separate bedrooms, small bathroom, lounge area) was spacious, though sparsely furnished. The rural view, including snow-capped mountains, was beautiful, and the tiny village of Vacri was delightful. Great breakfast too.

Wonderful hotel
Rooms (suites?) large and comfortable. View from balcony nothing short of magnificent. Food excellent, owners helpful and friendly. If you're in the area stay in this great hotel in a lovely village.

Village atmosphere
Not sure how we came to locate this hotel on our travels, as it is certainly off the beaten track. We found ourselves in a hilltop village on a one night stop over on our way south (travelling as a family of 5). The staff were friendly, our room was clean, spacious and had beautiful views from the bedrooms. A continental breakfast was included. We ate at the village pizzeria and found the locals warm and inviting. It was a lovely stopover and if you find yourself over near the Pescara coast then stay over for a night.

The staff was very friendly, room was large, no air conditioner but really did not need as the nights usually cooled off . The view was incredible.!
