This spacious holiday home, located near Marielyst Strand, can comfortably accommodate 14 people. It\\'s just 150 meters from the beach and within walking distance to shops and the town center. The house features seven double bedrooms, divided into two sections, each with its own bathroom. There\\'s also a loft in the activity room that sleeps four, making it ideal for kids and teenagers. The house boasts a large kitchen/living area, perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with two ovens, a large cooker, two dishwashers, and ample fridge and freezer space. The living area features a cozy wood-burning stove and direct access to a partially covered terrace. For entertainment, there\\'s an activity room with table tennis, table football, billiards, and darts, as well as a home bar. There\\'s also a swimming and wellness room with a large pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Nearby, there\\'s a large nature playground with a bouncy cushion. The house is in a car-free zone, with a central car park for guests.
