“Poor quality hotel but price was high. Left the hotel 1 day earlier than planned, planned to stay two days. Hotel personnel refused any refund for leaving earlier.”

“I was surprised honestly when I finally arrived at the property. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and very kind. However, the place looked nothing like the photos. It doesn’t look well maintained, the floorboards were coming up, there were stains/bugs in a lot of places of our rooms.
