“We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.”

“Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. The house itself is well appointed -- the bedrooms are all very comfortable with good AC and plenty of storage; the fridge is large and gas range was great for cooking the nights we stayed in. “We had a very pleasant time in the cottage. The owners are very friendly and helpful. On arrival we were given a delicious bottle of wine. The cottage is equipped with all comforts. The surroundings and the view are beautiful and there are several hiking trails available directly from the cottage. It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. “Vor Anreise meldete sich die Agentur bei uns mit allen Infos. Dadurch konnten wir das Haus einfach finden und der Check-In lief reibungslos. Überraschend war, dass es ein paar Meter weiter, weitere Parkplätze gab was sehr gut war denn der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein (Achtung bei Anreise mit großem Auto auch wegen enger und steilen Straßen) Sehr gut war außerdem die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin Claudia die uns immer half, wenn es etwas zu beachten gab.
