Nuova proprietà e costruzione! Vista sulle montagne e vicinato tranquillo

La nostra casa è una nuova costruzione costruita nel 2018 in un quartiere tranquillo alla periferia della città. Anche se non siamo in città, siamo a pochi minuti in auto o in bici! Accesso a splendidi sentieri che portano a Shoup Bay e Mineral Creek. La nostra casa è a circa un miglio dalla battigia e si trova vicino alla montagna.

Le tre camere da letto e due e mezzo bagno sono completamente forniti di lenzuola, biancheria da letto, prodotti da bagno e lavanderia. Oltre a tre letti queen size, abbiamo due divani estraibili per dormire in più nel soggiorno e den. Nel garage abbiamo una macchina per pesare se non vuoi perdere un allenamento lontano da casa. Tutti i mobili nuovi di zecca per la nostra nuova casa.

Il proprietario abita nel quartiere e sarà disponibile se necessario, tuttavia, ti permetterà di avere un soggiorno confortevole nella privacy.

Questa casa è ideale per famiglie, viaggiatori d'affari, gruppi e persino coppie.

Valdez è conosciuta per la sua bellezza esterna, ma abbiamo anche molti parchi (uno piccolo nel quartiere), negozio di alimentari, musei, pareti rocciose, piscina, negozi, ristoranti, così come tante attività turistiche (pesca, kayak, ghiacciaio osservazione, lavorazione della neve, eliski, 4 ruote) per tutti!

Family from Fairbanks and Anchorage met up to stay here for three days during the Valdez Fly In. Loved having the large dining table / bar area to enjoy preparing and eating our family meals. The beds were comfortable, lots of room for everyone. Great neighborhood. Wonderful communication with the owner. We hope to stay here again!

This property was great!!! .. house was beautiful .. great kitchen to make our own meals .. everything you would ever need .. as far as Sonya the host , she was also great and was quick to respond to any questions I had .. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Valdez . Thanks again Sonya for hosting us

We stayed 3 nights, 4 days in this gorgeous home. The property was on a quite dead end street where we enjoyed the quiet and seclusion but were just minutes from all the amazing things Valdez has to offer. Home was very clean and fully stocked kitchen for sharing family meals. Getting to harbor, grocery stores, parks, water all just minutes away. If we come back to the area we would definitely stay here again. Host was wonderful with communication and left great suggestions and even a couple free coffee gift certificates to her favorite local coffee shop… nice added touch!

The house was very comfortable and all the furniture and appliances were updated and stylish. The owner was very accommodating and assited with some of the logistics for our wedding party. Highly recommend party.

Our group of six was very comfortable in this house. Plenty of space to spread out and a well-appointed kitchen for home cooking. We walked Mineral Creek to the ocean and watched fish spawning and even spied a black bear and her cub up high in a tree. What a magical place!

We are from Florida and enjoyed our stay in Valdez very much. Beds are comfortable. View of the waterfalls cascading down the mountains from the windows is like a dream. Home is very close to amazing trails where we saw salmon coming up the river. I would just recommend getting more glasses. We had our niece who lives in Valdez being her own glasses when we had them over for dinner. Would recommend this place for sure.

We did 1500mi of driving on our road trip of Alaska seeing Homer, Seward, Valdez & Denali. This was our favorite place we stayed and Valdez was our favorite destination. We had one minor issue with the property and the owner sent someone by to help address it very quickly. Our oldest child says his favorite part of visiting Valdez was the basketball game in the garage.

This is a great house in a fun neighborhood with access to beautiful trails and Mineral Creek. Our group of two families had plenty of space and enjoyed the stay. Definitely an awesome place to rent in Valdez!

Valdez is one of our favorite destinations in Alaska - the drive from Anchorage is, in itself, a sight-seeing trip (especially on a clear day). Lodging options are fairly limited if you're looking for more than a basic hotel room. As independent travelers, we prefer a cabin/house where we have room to spread out, make most of our own meals, and have "game nights". Sonya's house is big, new, and well-stocked, only a few minutes' drive from the harbor and town center. We will be returning!
