Large detached house located on the border of the Alps and the Drôme, in the heart of a farm.
4 Bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room
- a bedroom with two single beds
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with a double bed.
Capacity: 8 people
Shaded terrace.
Possibility to walk in the surrounding orchard.
Possibility to park up to 3 cars.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a kettle.
There is a separate bathroom and a shower room in one of the bedrooms. There are two separate toilets: one on the first floor, the other upstairs.
Bed linen is included, not towels.
Dogs are allowed, but not cats or other pets. Smoking is allowed.
Soap will be available.
There is a TV in the living room, but no internet.
The house can be heated in winter. There are smoke detectors, but no carbon dioxide detectors.

Activities in the area: hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding. For swimming, you have the lake in Rosans (22 km), or the Germanette leisure centre in Serres (22 km).
