Sistemazione ideale per vivere appieno il centro di Valencia
Vicente è davvero una persona squisita e disponibile, ho soggiornato una settimana con mia figlia presso il suo appartamento e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Posizione ottima sia per visitare il centro storico che per muoversi con bus e metro, curato in ogni dettaglio e molto accogliente. Lo consiglio! Grazie infinite a Vicente che non ha lasciato nulla al caso, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare bibite fresche e una buona colazione. Se dovessi tornare a Valencia mi affiderei sicuramente a lui!

Fantastico !
La casa di Vicente è un ottimo luogo dove passare le vacanze a Valencia. Essa si trova nel cuore della città. È comoda,vicina a tutto( a piedi si può raggiungere ogni luogo), molto romantica. Ma il pezzo forte è proprio il proprietario: Vicente è simpatico, cordiale ed è sempre a disposizione. Io e la mia compagna ci torneremo sicuramente

Appartamento meraviglioso
Appartamento stupendo, dotato di tutte le comodità per poter passare quattro giornate tranquille e senza preoccupazioni. Situato nel centro della città in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma allo stesso tempo vicino ai punti di interesse di Valencia. Un sentito ringraziamento a Vicente che ci ha spiegato come muoverci, consigliato su cosa fare durante il soggiorno e per la sua gentilezza. Non potevo sperare niente di meglio per le ferie.

Ottimo appartamento nel cuore della città vecchia
Sono stata una settimana in giugno nel delizioso appartamento di Vicente. Situato in pieno centro storico ma in un strada silenziosa e tranquilla, l'appartamento è delizioso. Il proprietario ha pensato di fornirlo di qualsiasi cosa possa essere utile per un soggiorno breve o lungo in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. Moderno, funzionale, pulito, fresco (nonostante il caldo non ho mai usufruito dell'aria condizionata) così accogliente da farti sentire a "casa". La posizione è eccellente. Bastano 5 minuti a piedi e ti ritrovi nel cuore del Carme. A poca distanza trovi un mercatino coperto con frutta fresca e alimentari di ottima qualità. Ma ciò che più mi è rimasto nel cuore è la gentilezza spontanea di Vicente, il suo rapportarsi con l'ospite in modo così amichevole ed educato. Mi è dispiaciuto molto partire. Anche Valencia è una città accogliente oltre che bellissima. Spero di avere l'occasione per poter tornare e trovare la casa di Vicente pronta ad accogliermi di nuovo

Ottimo appartamento nel centro storico di Valencia
Eccellente posizione, non rumoroso, a due passi dal centro. L'appartamento è graziosissimo e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno breve come il nostro o più lungo. Vicente si è rivelato un amichevole padrone di casa aiutandoci nelle visite e suggerimenti per visitare al meglio la città. Quando tornerò a Valencia non ho dubbi che lo contatterò di nuovo. Bellissima vacanza...
Ciao a tutti, io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo accogliente appartamento in vista del motomondiale 2015. Devo dire che rispecchia in pieno la descrizione e le foto: è tutto molto pulito, attrezzato di tutti i comfort, ma soprattutto è un appartamento ben arredato, curato nei minimi particolari, moderno e dai colori molto caldi!! E' situato al centro e con pochi passi vi troverete nel cuore di Valencia. E', dunque, molto vicino a numerosi bar, ristoranti, caffetterie, locali per la movida notturna e negozi, ma anche ai suoi monumenti principali. Per la sua posizione è anche ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Ma vogliamo parlare dei proprietari, Vicente e Gemma?!? Due persone adorabili, squisite e gentilissime. Vicente è stato disponibile sin dai primi contatti fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno e Gemma ci ha accolti con grande calore nel loro appartamento. Beh sono riusciti nell' intento di farci sentire come a casa nostra; addirittura all' arrivo abbiamo trovato il frigorifero pieno di bevande, un raccoglitore in cui Vicente ci ha lasciato tutte le info possibili sulla casa e sulla città e una card per metro e bus ricaricata. Cosa si può desiderare di più?? Pertanto consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento, che vi permetterà di vivere in pieno la bellezza della gente e della città di Valencia. Un caro saluto a voi, Vicente e Gemma, da Valentina e Lorenzo.

Che belle parole, Valentina! Nonostante, quello che ci sembra più importante è che ci avete sentito felice per uni pochi giorni a casa nostra. Quando siamo a l'estero è fondamentale trovare un posto che ci ricorda casa nostra, almeno parlando delle sensazioni. È stato un vero piacere e vi aspetto sempre che hai bisogno di un bel soggiorno in una città tranquilla e cosi vicina al mare. Tutta la fortuna del mondo, Vicente e Gemma.

Superb apartment in El Carmen
Absolutely perfect apartment everything needed for a stay in Valencia.Host Vincente was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble,from meeting us off our late flight in person to booking us a taxi to the airport. He gave us so much great advise on restaurants and things to see and do. We would not hesitate to recommend his apartment.

Amazing stay in Valencia!!!
The reviews were spot on about the apartment and super host Vicente!!!! He is very accommodating and communicates before, during and after your stay. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for your holiday. The washer was much appreciated! It is in a great location and easy to walk to everything in city center. The transportation system is easy to get to and can take you anywhere you want to go! Again Vicente is an amazing host who makes great recommendations and is available for any of your needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Valencia!!!

We loved our apartment in Valencia. It was in a perfect location, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood but very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, museums and parks. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and Vicente is the perfect host! He was in contact with us before our trip and helped us figure out how to get there by train, and then checked in while we were there with suggestions of restaurants and things to do. He was so helpful!! We would definitely stay there again!!

It was also so incredibly easy. Vicente met us at the apartment and explained where everything was in the apartment and places to see. It was like having our own tourist guide! Awesome location in the old Town but still silent environment
The landlord is amazing. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations or public transportation. The flat has everything you can imagine (makup towels,tabs for washing Maschine/dishwasher, sun umbrella....). The only thing missing is a scale for luggage because there are sooo many nice things to bring home 😊. At night it is very silent it is even possible to sleep with open windows. Thank you very much for our lovely week in your apartment.

Perfekter Urlaub
Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt im Stadtzentrum / Herzen von Valencia und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Markt ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Innenstadt folgend nicht viel weiter. Die Wohnung war super sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Außerdem war alles super sauber und man hat sich sehr heimisch und wohl gefühlt. Der Anbieter ist wirklich super, war Vor und Während der Reise immer erreichbar und hatte super Tipps für eine schöne Zeit parat! Vielen Dank für diesen Tollen Service!

Best Experience in the City
Vicente and his family were so welcoming to us when we came up to go to La Tomatina in August. The apartment had everything we needed from fresh towels, makeup wipes, lasagna dishes and really effective air con! It was honestly a pleasure to return to a crisp cold apartment after long days in the hot Sun! The apartment itself is so close to the city centre and amazingly convenient for cultural expeditions into the heart of this beautiful Spanish city! Truly had an amazing experience and Vicente was a fantastic host! ¡Muchas Gracías!

Nice place in the city
This modernized apartment is on a quiet street within walking distance of the center of town. Vicente is an excellent host - helping out with anything we needed. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. My wife and I loved it.

Vicente's place was immaculate. Although he was unable to meet us upon our arrival, he arranged for his adult son to be at the apartment and give us a tour of the facility. My wife says that this is the best equipped place we have ever rented and we have stayed in well over 30 vrbo rentals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location in the old city!

Absolutely fabulous
The apartment is great and so is the location. Everything you could possibly need was supplied and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Vicente is an absolutely amazing host and couldn’t be more helpful and kind, he met us at the apartment and gave us maps etc and explained where everything is, he even left us wine & beer and basic commodities. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough and have absolutely no negatives. Would definitely stay here again- thank you Vicente!

A delightful apartment in Valencia, great for short or long stays
We stayed for 12 nights at 29 Calle Ripalda, and loved it. The apartment is on the first floor, so is perfectly manageable for most people. The area is pretty quiet, and I would say it is gentrifying. There is a nice local covered market, a good supermarket, bicycle hire shops, a bakery, bars and restaurants all with 2-3 minutes walk. Several bus stops are nearby, which take you to the city centre, the beach or the City of Arts & Sciences, it's really handy. The main market and city are about 10 minutes walk south, or you can get to the Turia Gardens in about 5 minutes, which are very pleasant. The apartment is well kitted out, with a good shower, excellent air conditioning and pretty much everything you'd need in the kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, even a coffee machine). The owner has even provided things like an iron (and board), a hairdryer and all sorts of creature comforts. It's very comfortable and made the stay very easy. Valencia is a lovely city, book a stay at 29 Calle Ripalda and enjoy it!

Absolutely wonderful.
My daughter and I had such a wonderful holiday in Vicente's apartment. It is in a great spot, in a friendly neighbourhood, in a fantastic city! Vicente had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and straightforward. The apartment is perfect. I would highly recommend staying there and hope to do so again myself, as I cannot fault it. Nice, cool appartment in old centre

Séjour très agréable à Valence
Nous avons été enchantées de notre séjour, tant par la ville (que nous découvions) que par l’appartement de Vicente (son aménagement, ses équipements et sa localisation en plein centre-ville dans une rue calme). De plus, notre hôte avenant et sympathique nous a prodigué conseils et informations pour bien profiter de notre séjour ; il a même mis à notre disposition une carte de transports chargée pour quelques trajets. Vincente a été vraiment gentil avec nous et s’est soucié de nous durant cette semaine. Nous le remercions bien chaleureusement et envisageons de le recontacter pour un nouveau séjour à Valence.

Nicely decoratated and cosy flat in a quiet area but still close to restuarants and shops.
We have spent 3 weeks in February 2018 in this nice flat. It has everything you need and a little more. The beeds were good, important when you stay for a longer time. Location was perfect in a quiet residential small street with hardly no traffic and no noise in the night, but still close to bars, resturants and shops. Also very close to bus stop for busses to city center, railway station and the beach. From the first contact, the owner was very helpful and friendly and he also picked us up at the airport and explained how everything was working in the flat, had maps and bus tickets ready etc. He also helped up booking a taxi for us for our return. Estoy totalmente apasionada por España, y mi estancia en Valencia es una de las principales razones para eso. El studio de Vicente está muy bien situado, cerca de muchas atracciones y, al mismo tiempo, logra preservar nuestra privacidad. Está bien equipado con aparatos domésticos para todo lo que necesitamos, es cómodo y acogedor. Además, recibimos una atención especial con las costumbres locales, el uso del transporte publico, intercambio de monedas, y otras cositas más, que nos han dado mucha tranquilidad. Great apartment, great host, great location!
Vincente and his family went out of their way to provide a comfortable apartment for us. The location was perfect, and we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit and found some wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes. This was our 4th apartment to stay in during our visit to Spain, and I must say I highly recommend this property!

Modern and cosy appartment
My partner Chris and I had the pleasure of staying at the appartment in this wonderful city. It was the perfect location to relax and unwind after taking long walks exploring the city. Everything is near by, including a wonderful little bakery round the corner which needs to be tried! Vicente was brilliant from first contact and even picked us up from the airport which was really appreciated. He also left us some drinks, snacks and essentials to get us started, and gave us loads of information on where to start exploring. The city is wonderful and the appartment felt like home for a week! My partner even proposed by the balcony which was just perfect! We are hoping to come back again and would stay here again if we do. :)

Great Host
Vincent is a greatest, taking the time to explain Valencia, where to go and where to eat. Vincent took the time and took me where to park my car, about 800 m from the apartment. The unit has two twin beds, which was ok and is among the nicest we have stayed in. The unit is located in a safe area, clean streets and easy walking distance to restaurants, the central market and other sites. Definite recommend.

As others have said, this is a clean, well equipped apartment in an ideal location. Easy access to the sights and public transport. You can also hire bikes and on a whim, I opted to try the Valenbisi which is a good system but be warned the bikes are heavy to ride and their steering a bit unpredictable! There is a supermarket near by and the wifi is the best quality I have known in a rental apartment. Vicente is an absolute pleasure to communicate with. He responds quickly and is extremely helpful. He even collected me from the airport and his lovely wife took me back. All at no extra cost and this on top of the initial supplies that he left in the fridge for me. Other apartment owners could certainly learn a thing or two from Vicente. If I return to Valencia in the future, this will be my first enquiry for accommodation. Many thanks for your part in making my holiday a good one.

Hübsch, gemütlich, zentral gelegen
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt zentral, diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten, eine Bäckerei und Supermärkte sowie viele nette Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen, und der nahe gelegene Turia-Park bietet tolle Jogging-Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig, sehr sauber, hübsch und sehr gut ausgestattet - bis hin zum Hacken-Porsche und zum Sonnenschirm. Der Vermieter Vicente ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns pünktlich erwartet, uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben und sich während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Als Krönung hat er uns am Abreisetag um 5 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen gefahren! Ich kann diese Wohnung ohne Abstriche für eine Städtereise empfehlen.

Perfect place!
Vicente's apartment is beautiful with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay in Valencia. He was very helpful in pointing out highlights of the city. For us, the location was great and very accessible to sights, food and local culture. We are not bikers, but if you are, you can get anywhere by bike. We opted for walking and did use the bus to go down to the beach. I would highly recommend Vicenta's apartment and hope he visits Minneapolis!

We enjoyed a wonderful apartment, located on a quiet street just a few blocks from restaurants, bars
First of all, the owner, Vicente, is a dream to work with. Despite serious family health issues, he met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. He told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, neighborhood, and places of interest. He provided a map and a bus pass. When we left, he reserved a cab for us, then checked the following morning to ensure it would be on time. The apartment is quite charming, very nicely decorated. It has everything you might ever need and more. It is very clean and absolutely safe. While we were there, we felt as if we were a part of a very authentic Spanish neighborhood. It is good, as a toutist, to see what you want to see; it is still better if you also experience the local culture. And we did. If location in propert is everything, then this apartment is everything. The street is very peaceful. But all the fun stuff Valencia has to offer is just several blocks away. We were able to walk to almost all the major tourist destinations in the city and such nearby neighborhoods as Ensanche and Russafa. We would give Vicente and his apartment our highest rating. Perfect location, central and still calm, and very bright owner
The flat is perfectly located to explore Valencia, very central and still quiet. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (really nothing missing), a bedroom and a bathroom, all very nicely furnished so that one can really feel being at home. The owner is very polite and obliging. He not only gave us very valuable tips where to go for sightseeing, which metro and bus lines to use and which restaurants serve good meals at very reasonable prices, he also had the fridge fed with butter, marmalade, milk, all sorts of soft drinks, beer, a bottle of wine, chocolate, and provided a full loaf of bread, olives, chips, spaghetti, tomato sauce, olives etc. so that we did not need to buy any food. He was very attentive and responsive, we just can say a big THANK YOU to Vicente: You made our stay in Valencia a perfect holiday! When we will come next to Valencia we will certainly ask you if your flat is free.

Estupendo apartamento en el centro
Hemos pasado un fin de semana inolvidable en este apartamento. Contiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable: secador, plancha, toallas, productos de limpieza e incluso algo de comida. Además el inmueble se encuentra en el centro de valencia, a pocos metros del mercado central y de la zona de tapeo de la cuidad. Recomendamos no utilizar el coche porque es complicado aparcarlo ya que toda la zona es de pago.

Gezellig en sfeervol appartement met prima ligging
Het appartement van Vincente is optimaal voor een stedentrip Valencia. Het is gezellig en sfeervol ingericht in originele Spaanse stijl en ligt tegen het oude centrum aan. Ideaal om te voet de stad te ontdekken. Dicht in de buurt zijn een bushalte en metrostation. De inrichting is zeer compleet en ook de eerste boodschappen staan zelfs klaar. Vincente heeft ook een map voorbereid met informatie en diverse boekjes. Bijzonder leuk is het boekje om de stad per fiets te ontdekken. Omdat wij 's avonds wat later aankwamen was Vincente bereid ons van de luchthaven op te halen. Het werd een leuke autorit, warin hij ons volop vertelde over zijn stad. Al met al hebben we 6 dagen volop genoten en kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.

Thank you for making us feel like family
We were on our 4th week of visiting Germany, Italy before adriving in Valencia Spain. While we traveled, we stayed exclusively in VRBO. Some of the stays met our expectations, others not as represented. When we arrived in Valencia, Vincente met us at the airport even though it was midnight. The following morning, I dropped my tablet and the screen shattered. What to do...I called Vincente for advise. He insisted, picking up the tablet for repair and returned the tablet later in the evening, advising me that the tablet could not be repaired in Spain. We tried to pay him for the ride from the airport and for his service and time with the repair of the tablet, he refused. By far Vincente's hospitality was awesome, making us feel like family rather than people renting his apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, very well apointed and a great location. I can tell you this is the very best place for you to enjoy your Valencia holiday Vincente, thank you for such a memorable time.
