"This hotel is a gem. Mona greeted us kindly and gave information on where too eat and the location of Smith Falls. There is a simple breakfast provided. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom was well supplied. Of all the hotels we've stayed at across the State of Nebraska i can say this one was the BEST"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 7 kayakers drawn to town because of the wonderful Niobrara river. Like many outdoor enthusiasts we care about the enviroment. We were therefore appalled at all the styrofoam used in the breakfast room! We hated that the cups holding coffee that we consume in 20 min will persist in the environment for hundreds of years. Please consider using paper table service--that would have our stay perfect."

"Following a long day of travel and seeing family we needed a break. My husband and I were so pleased to walk into the doors of this 'find'. We were impressed! The property location was quiet, the VRBO itself was immaculate, spacious and well stocked! We got a much needed night's rest. The host/owners have done an outstanding job putting their personal touch into decorating, furnishing, and maintaining their property. We will definitely be telling our friends about this one!"
