“Wonderful family owned bed and magnificent Ukrainian style breakfast! So much food and professionally prepared and served.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful (especially to inept Ukrainian speaking Americans).
Rooms were cleaned daily. Only down grade would be enough water pressure to have the power jets in the shower to work properly but you could take normal shower with plenty of hot water.
Quaint but well maintained garden area. Provided a nice peaceful tranquil setting to relax...

Lo stabile è fatiscente, in una via che totalmente da ghetto ucraino. Per farvi un idea, la sera del nostro arrivo, il tassista ha avuto paura lasciarci lì.

There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.”
