“A minha estadia correu muito acima das minhas melhores expectativas.
Um serviço exemplar, muita limpeza, simpatia dos funcionários, sempre prontos a nos servirem com o que precisássemos.
Refeições muito bem servidas, pequeno almoço de boa qualidade e variado.
Quartos muito bem equipados e decorados.
Sitio muito sossegado, ideal para descansar e carregar baterias.
Sem me alongar mais não tenho nada a apontar de negativo, fui todo muito bom.
PS: brevemente ainda vai ficar melhor com a construção...

“Rien à dire, c’était excellent de A à Z ! Petit déjeuner vraiment bon, l’un des meilleurs qu’on a eu, emplacement au calme et dans la nature, être au cœur de la nature depuis la piscine c’est vraiment excellent. Seul point negatif en été, la climatisation qui a du mal à se régler et qui souffle trop vers le lit donc inconfortable pour dormir, si vous y séjournez en été je vous conseille de la mettre à fond pour rafraîchir la pièce puis avant de se coucher il faut la régler à 25 voire 26 degrés...

“De suite die we hadden was in het nieuwe gedeelte van het hotel. Dit gedeelte ziet er top uit. De suite was geweldig. Geen idee hoe de kamers in het oude gedeelte zijn. Ontbijtzaal weinig sfeervol en ontbijtbuffet was OK. Goed werkende wifi en prima parkeren (overdekt en gratis). Bij aankomst ca 35 minuten moeten wachten in een rij voordat ik kon inchecken. Het was verschrikkelijk druk. Volgens de baliemedewerker kwam dit omdat het hoogseizoen is. ”

Il problema di questa struttura e' la scarsa attenzione della reception e amministrazione nella gestione delle prenotazioni e dei problemi.
Non Si erano accorti che eravamo in half board e che come clienti Vip avevamo diritto a bottiglia di vino gratis.
Non ci hanno fatto upgrade della camera.
Non hanno risolto alcuni problemi della camera dei ns amici.
Solo tante scuse e nulla x soddisfare il cliente.

“O hotel sofreu remodelações há pouco tempo e está muito moderno. O pessoal era muito simpático!
O quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas fui informada que há alguns quartos assim.
O pequeno almoço é ótimo, porém não têm panquecas. Acho que é um ponto de melhoria, mas de resto tudo ótimo.
Chegamos um pouco antes das 14h e o quarto já estava pronto.

“What a cute spot! We loved our brief stay at TerraSense! The property is beautiful and peaceful- the room was so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. And the staff was so kind and welcoming- great breakfast we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend as we will be back when we are on the area again!”

“The hotel opened less than a year ago and offers spotless accommodations. It's decorated in a modern fashion and very tastefully. We arrived after a rather long car trip and had no energy to drive to town to find a restaurant for dinner. They prepared vegetable soup, bread, cheeses, jams, and fruits for us, all of the best quality you can see, and all prepared at the property with ingredients from the property.
All in all and excellent experience to be repeated.”
