Located in the Provençal village of Vallabrègues, on the banks of the Rhône, our second family home has been completely restored while preserving the charm of the old and adding a touch of modernity.

With a surface area of 120m2, our house offers a beautiful living space on the first floor consisting of a large kitchen opening onto a pleasant courtyard as well as a beautiful living room, WC/laundry room.
Upstairs, 3 large charming bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

Our house is ideally located on the edge of the village, the courtyard overlooks a large square shaded by hundred-year-old plane trees, which are the delight of cicadas.
You will fall under the spell of this old Provençal village whose calm you will appreciate and in which you will find all the essential shops: mini-market, very good butcher's, tobacconist's shop, pharmacy, post office, bars-restaurants, pizzerias...

As the village is on the banks of the Rhône (small port), you can also stroll or run along the banks or around the shady lake in the park set up for children, fish, play tennis or petanque on the large shaded square in front of the house, go skateboarding...

Vallabrègues enjoys a privileged location (Tarascon and Beaucaire 10 minutes away), in a triangle 20 km from Avignon, Arles and Nîmes, 40 minutes from the Camargue and the beaches of Sainte-Marie de la Mer, 1 hour from Grau-du-Roi, Grande Motte and the creeks of Marseille and Cassis.
For lovers of swimming and water sports, the Gardon river is 20 minutes away, the beaches of Sainte-Marie de la Mer and Salins-de-Giraud 40 minutes away, those of Grau-du-roi, Grande Motte and the creeks of Marseille and Cassis 1 hour.
