The accommodation
PGJyPgWelcome to our contemporary house of 110 m² with panoramic sea view, located on the heights of Vallauris, between Antibes, Cannes and Juan-les-Pins.

Bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows opening onto the Mediterranean and the surrounding nature, this Californian-style house offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries in peace and quiet while enjoying the attractions of the French Riviera.

You will enjoy a private jacuzzi with sea view, two terraces with garden as well as bright living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation.

The decoration has been particularly careful and the equipment has been carefully selected: Weber barbecue, Marshall speaker, Smeg appliances, high-speed fiber, air conditioning in the rooms and secure private parking.

This house is above all our place to live when we don't share it with travelers. You will find an authentic atmosphere, personal items and a setting that we maintain with great care. We welcome respectful, careful and sensitive travelers to the spirit of the place.

The house is located in a quiet and green residential condominium offering access to a large shared swimming pool, tennis courts, a wooded park and a children's playground.

Both bedrooms enjoy a sea view and direct access to the outdoor areas.

The master suite has a king size bed of 200 x 200 cm, a wardrobe and a TV.

The second bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The living spaces occupy the first floor with a second separate toilet.

Please note: the bathrooms are open to the bedrooms. The stairs and the configuration of the accommodation are not suitable for young children.

Upstairs, a large living space open to the sea view brings together the living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. You will also find an outdoor dining area, a Weber barbecue and several relaxation areas focused on nature.

The house enjoys a privileged location between the sea and the hinterland.

Only a few minutes away, you will find supermarkets, bakery, gas station, Biocoop, Satoriz, Grand Frais, restaurants and all the amenities of daily life.PGJyPg
Access to the motorway is less than 5 minutes away by car by car, allowing easy access to Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice, Sophia Antipolis, Valbonne or Mougins.PGJyPg
You can alternate between beaches, hilltop villages in the hinterland, Provençal markets, hiking and cultural discoveries.

Before your arrival, you will receive a welcome guide with all the practical information about the house as well as our best addresses in the area.

In order to preserve the tranquility of the residence, parties, events and noise pollution are not allowed.

As the house is located in a condominium and adjoining with neighbours, we thank our travellers for respecting the calm of the place.

For safety reasons, the protection of the jacuzzi must be put back in place after use, especially in the presence of children. It is forbidden to climb on the jacuzzi tarpaulin or to introduce sand into the water.
