“Hotel is very near to Subway rail. No soundproofing either to the outside or to the inside (plasterboard walls in a 4* hotel?).
Breakfast very poor, at level of 2*.
Restaurant for dinner at street poor restaurant level . But...they have on menu wine Porto 40th year old and we have ordered 2 glass (20 €/glass) and ask to see bottle. After 10 minutes the waiter told us that they put the port wine in their anonymous bottle. A 40th year wine that was removed from origial bottle to a restaurant...

“Nice place in historic town. Room was large, clean, and bed was comfortable. Town is walkable, I walked from the bus stop. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast is nice, they set up a taxi service and they were nice. I did use cash in town and for the taxi which was appreciated. Everyone was so nice even though I didn't speak Portuguese.”

“Clean room, welcoming atmosphere, great views and neighbourhood, ample parking on site.
Only thing we didnt like was lack of hooks/ space to put wet towels or clothes and water leakage from the shower doors.”
