“I had a very disappointing stay and would not choose this property again. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The washrooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The body lotion provided in our room had already been used, and there was a used towel left behind, which immediately raised concerns about housekeeping.
