“The check-in process; it requires you to access to the internet (WiFi) or strong mobile phone signals in order to activate the digital keys (to open the gate & your room). My phone has very weak signals and unable to open the link to the hotel website for directions/instructions to the digital keys .... To make the matter worse; the hotel only sends you the above inf. at 16:00 on the date of your arrival and no sooner; in my case, by the luck of the draw, they forgot to send it to me on time. ...
