“Multiple pools - with a water slide! My teenage kids loved it. It is not a super water park, but they have a really nice pool / hot tub area and it is low-key but very nice. The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. We had a room that was like an attic room, and it had skylight type windows that we were able to open up and check out the area. I really likes this hotel. Also, the breakfast was good too. ”

“Nice hotel, nice staff, good bedroom, good breakfast, the park around hte hotel is nice too, It is a good place to have a rest. I did not have the time to enjoy the spa. Restaurant is good .I would suggest to have more choice on the menu of the restaurant In conclusion good price/quality ratio”

“Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! Loved the facilities, definitely a place to rest and decompress. The pool and sauna are amazing, and the views from there during the winter are incomparable. We will come back for sure! Loved it here!”
