“Appartamento buono.... no zanzariere no aria condizionata...il parcheggio con posto privato all'aperto ...a pochi minuti a piedi stai al centro... al lido ....a lago....negozio alimentare a 1 km .....”

“This property was in a beautiful spot and was comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately the kitchen was not stocked at all. We have stayed at other AirB&Bs and they all had minimal items needed: paper towels, dishwasher soap, one morning’s worth of coffee, olive oil, spices. This property should have all this to give it a perfect rating. ”

“There were ants everywhere in the apartment, including in the fridge. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. ”

“The view from is breathtaking, you have to walk 15 to get to bus station. It’s very quiet . Communication with local office is very poor . You are paying for view The place is extremely small . You are far from town and bus stops . ”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Einzig am Kinderzimmer erfreute unseren Sohn nicht, da es über einige Stufen leicht vertieft liegt und sich auf der Innenseite des Hauses befindet, bzw. das Fenster auf den Flur hat.”

“Nuestra experiencia fue 7/10. Puntos de mejora: el edificio se encuentra a la orilla de una calle bastante transitada por lo que cruce a veces es dificultoso. El edificio tiene mucha humedad y el olor destaca bastante dentro y fuera del apto. El apto está ubicado en un 4to piso en escalera de caracol sin elevador. Cuando llegamos el código de entrada no funcionaba por lo que nos pusimos en contacto con Iván que amablemente nos resolvió, al igual que el internet que no funcionaba tamb nos ayudó...

“Die Unterkunft hat 10 von 10 möglichen Punkten verdient.Einzig das Finden des Hauses ist ziemlich abenteuerlich, dafür kann jedoch der Vermieter nichts. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Von Wifi bis TV alles vom Besten, Terrasse vom Feinsten, riesig, alles sehr sauber und sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können diese Traum-Fewo nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Silke und Frank im Juni 2025”

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”
