La Mansou - VALLESVILLES

Here, the days begin with a soothing view of the rapeseed fields and the Lauragais plain, and extend into a 5,000 m² garden, perfect for family games, meals in the shade of the covered terrace, and walks in the forest. Inside, a spectacular, light-filled living room becomes the vibrant heart of your gatherings, while the spacious bedrooms and the children's mezzanine promise comfort and conviviality for everyone. This typical, fully private farmhouse has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The vast, bright living room impresses from the moment you enter with its generous proportions and its capacity to bring the whole family together around large, welcoming tables, set up in the separate, integrated kitchen. The house has five spacious bedrooms: three on the ground floor (one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), and three single beds (90x200cm)), and two on the first floor (one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and one with a single bed (90x200cm), and one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and one with a single bed (90x200cm), allowing everyone to enjoy their own space. There are also two functional bathrooms (one large bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a very spacious shower on the ground floor, and the other with a multi-jet shower on the first floor). There is a toilet on each floor. The mezzanine, a true haven for children, can easily be transformed into a play area or relaxation space. Outside, the covered terrace becomes a central living space, ideal for summer meals in the shade, with a typical Lauragais panorama as a backdrop. The 5,000 m² wooded garden offers an exceptional playground for all ages. From the cottage, you have easy access to a multitude of experiences that make the region so rich. Stroll through the historic center of Toulouse and discover the Place du Capitole and the banks of the Garonne River. Explore the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, ideal for walking or cycling. Visit the art village of Revel and its famous market. Discover Lake Saint-Ferréol, perfect for a day of swimming and picnicking. Venture into the medieval city of Carcassonne for a journey back in time.
