“The property was in ill-repair with garbage everywhere. I saw a piece of glass on the bathroom floor when I first entered and picked it up and threw it away. Luckily, I hadn't stepped on it. The television didn't work and took almost two hours and 3 trips to the office to get it working. Electrical outlets weren't working so it took time to make coffee in the morning, plus the sink was difficult to get the water flowing..
