Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Valley Village

“Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni in questo hotel ed abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio gratuito, la colazione inclusa ed anche la saletta per il ristoro con caffè, acqua e snack sempre aperta. Abbiamo anche utilizzato la lavatrice a gettoni presente in loco. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e le camere sono pulite e rinnovate ogni giorno, azione che non è scontata negli altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in California.”

“Very bad service and management. I haven’t got the housekeeping. I called the concierge when i was back at night and they told me that someone was coming right away. Nobody showed up. I had another reservation for extra two days and the only thing the manager was able to tell me was to leave and i wouldn’t have been charged for the two extra days. Bad experience”

“Nice location right off of the freeway. Our room was clean, comfy, clean and we did not hear the noise as others talked about. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Easy drive to the ball game or the walk of fame. ”

“Camera rumorosa, se il vicino fa la doccia si sente tutto, pee due giorni invasa dalle formiche e per finire con l'allarme antincendio che sveglia tutti alle 2 di notte. Disagio durato mezz'ora e nessuna scusa da parte del personale....un piccolo rimborso era gradito. Inoltre servizio valet a 20 Euro a notte obbligatorio....quando c'e' il posteggio libero a 10 metri....si salva solo il fatto di essere a Manhattam Beach”

“Great hotel. I always stay here when I'm in LA. The club lounge is lacking a bit and it smells funny inside but it's not worth losing sleep over.”
