All-inclusive holiday cottage (except tourist tax) located near the owners' residence and a bed and breakfast (sleeps 3 / No. G10413) with which you will share part of the outdoor space, including a heated indoor swimming pool (7x4m, 1.20m deep, chlorinated, open from April 8th to September 29th) also housed in a converted barn.

Ground floor: living room (fireplace/insert), open-plan kitchen, shower room with separate WC, also accessible from the outside – very convenient when you are in the garden or at the pool.
Upstairs: mezzanine (lounge area and TV), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, TV), shower room with WC, second lounge/library area, 1 bedroom (1 king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom and WC).
This holiday cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Baby equipment is available. Bed linen, towels, household linen, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. This is a non-smoking property. The swimming pool is open from April 8th to September 29th. A city park is located next to the property. You will be staying in this former barn, tastefully restored and retaining all its charm with high ceilings, exposed beams, and cobblestone floors. Halfway between Beauval Zoo and the many Loire Valley châteaux, you are ideally situated to visit the region's most important tourist attractions. The beach on the banks of the Cher River is only 12 km away (Montrichard), and in the village center (400 m), you will find numerous shops (general store: bread, meat, prepared foods, post office, etc.). In addition to the beautiful interior of this cottage, its exterior is just as appealing, where children can enjoy the play area with a slide and a small wooden playhouse while parents relax in the enclosed garden (1000m²). You will also have the pleasure of a shared indoor heated swimming pool.
