On the first floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms with ample closet space, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a covered balcony that overlooks the meadows.



Sliding doors with electric shutters provide access to the garden and a spacious covered terrace with patio furniture. The private pool, which can be heated, offers a large terrace with multiple sun loungers. The garden also includes a jeux de boules baan for your enjoyment. Additionally, the villa is equipped with a storage room containing a washing machine, WIFI, and a TV with several international channels. You can park up to three cars on the private property, including one under the carport.



The area surrounding Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche boasts a rich cultural heritage amidst its rugged natural beauty and vineyards. The picturesque village of Ruoms, which originated as a monastery and has evolved into a popular holiday destination, is situated just north of the Domaine.
