If you're flying in, Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport (BZR) is about 10 kilometers from the apartment, making for a quick and easy transfer. "Please note the following to ensure a smooth stay: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available. The apartment is located on the third floor with no elevator. We kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This property is suitable for events. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. For any questions or assistance during your stay, feel free to contact me through the platform's messaging system.



Security deposit required

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
