The La Tigre apartment is a four-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and dining area that can accommodate more than 12 people. It features two balconies overlooking the slopes and the village. The view of the Matterhorn from two of the bedrooms is breathtaking.

Thanks to Les Clochards’ unique ski-in, ski-out location, you can step right onto the slopes from the villa in the morning. The extensive Breuil-Cervinia Ski Area (365 km of ski runs) is known for its guaranteed snow, wide slopes, and impressive panoramic views.

From Breuil-Cervinia, guests can also easily ski on to Zermatt in Switzerland, giving you access to one of the largest and most beautiful ski areas in the world. Europe’s longest downhill run descends from 3,883 meters to 1,500 meters.

Les Clochards Breuil-Cervinia offers a unique combination of luxury, comfort, and a spectacular location in the Italian Alps.

Each apartment features its own living area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. In addition, guests have access to the villa’s shared facilities, including:

* direct ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes

* a ski locker room for skis and ski boots

* the luxury spa & wellness area

* the communal entrance and hallways

The spa is shared with other guests staying at the villa; private use is possible but requires a reservation.

The apartments on the first floor and first floor can also be connected via internal hotel doors. This allows two apartments to be combined into one spacious apartment for up to 16 people, ideal for larger families or groups who want to stay together while still maintaining privacy.

Guests can check in independently and enjoy complete privacy during their stay. Of course, we’re always available to answer questions or provide assistance via the VRBO app, phone, or message.

If desired, we’re happy to provide tips on the ski area, restaurants, and activities in Breuil-Cervinia and the surrounding area. Our goal is for guests to feel welcome and to fully enjoy their stay in the Alps.

A manager is available daily at the villa to answer questions. On Saturdays, the manager will take guests and their luggage up to the villa in a Defender or Can-Am. During the week, he or she is available by appointment for transportation to and from Cervinia. This is not a 24/7 shuttle service! However, the villa is within an 8-10 minute walk of all restaurants and shops.

The apartments on the first floor and first floor can be connected via internal doors, creating larger apartments that accommodate up to 16 people.

The villa consists of several apartments; depending on the booking, other guests may be staying in the building, unless the entire villa has been reserved exclusively.

Due to the ski-in/ski-out location, there may be snow around the building in winter; sturdy winter shoes are recommended. The road to the village may be slippery. Sturdy winter shoes are a must.

Respect for other guests and the alpine character of the surroundings is greatly appreciated.

When booking the entire Les Clochards villa exclusively, your group will have private use of all apartments and facilities.
