Hotel in zona Valummel, Kochi

“pulito, confortevole. Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“Epic breakfast buffet! Surprising only that there was no S Indian coffee offered in the breakfast. A measure of the western client focus? Rooms were great and nice views of the city and backwaters. Very helpful staff.”

“This place is amazing, pure vibe of heritage and culture. Place is super clean and quiet. You will get a retro vibe. Staff is amazing and don’t forget to meet the owner of the place. She is very inspiring personality and humble as well. This place is like heritage dream connecting you to roots Best place to be in fort kochi Walking distance to kochi beach, maritime museum, Dutch cemetery, Indo Portuguese museum and few amazing places. Highly recommended this place”

“The constant power outages and inconsistent AC in the room was not enjoyable. Otherwise the food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, the property was scenic and enjoyable. The pool area needs some upgrades and the poolside service took a long time for drinks. The mattress in the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff did a good job cleaning the room everyday. Thanks”

“Albergo a 5 stelle dove non funziona nulla. In 8 giorni di soggiorno abbiamo cambiato la stanza e nonostante questo l'acqua calda non funzionava, idem per telefono, luci e wifi. Non è pensabile in un albergo a 5 stelle. Pessimo”

“Da migliorare il servizio ristorante, poca scelta di piatti internazioni.”

“The staff was very helpful and everything worked well. I’d stay there again.”

“We communicated few times with the facility to pick us from the airport. The type of car and the rate was agreed to, but when we arrived no driver was there. After waiting for about 30 minutes we called the driver at the number provided to us. The driver said no one told him to pick us from the airport. We then took a prepaid ride from Airport which was only 1/3rd of the amount we agreed to pay to the hotel. Otherwise everything went well.”

“I had a fantastic experience at The Artiste, Kochi. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was exceptionally well prepared, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering an excellent selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and flavorful. What truly made the stay memorable was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. From the reception team to the restaurant staff...
