“Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification....

“Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. “A 4BHK villa at such a reasonable rate was an amazing deal. The stay was very cozy, very well kept. Amenities were good too. Check in time is 1pm, please be aware and not refer it from Expedia’s website which says 10am. Something to take away from it is after checking in, please check all the ACs if they’re working (2 of them were not working when we checked in), check kitchen hygiene (we spotted cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets) and miscellaneous stuff like whether the door handles are not...
