“Very nice hotel overall. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including an omelette station and a pho station. The location is great, right across from the square. The gym is well equipped, and they also have a spa and massage services on site. I highly recommend staying here—they even leave a nice little welcome package when you arrive, which was a thoughtful touch.”

“An incredibly beautiful hotel overlooking the Sapa mountains but close to the town centre meaning dinner and bars are within walking distance - we got an incredible deal on an Executive Suite which meant we had a huge balcony and beautiful uninterrupted views. The hotel is clean with fantastic facilities, staff could not do more for us including booking an ethnic village tour and allowing us to use their spa facilities for no charge ahead of our sleeper bus upon our departure. Highly recommend!”

“Newly refurbished hotel- very chic, lots of beautiful marble. Great location, a short walk to the central square down a quiet street. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast choice including cooked to order options. Fantastic view from restaurant and sky bar (although just being completed when we visited). Overall I’d highly recommend.”

“This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!”
