“A new hotel is always a good thing. The view from our room was fantastic. It was very quiet and that is always a good thing. If I were to make suggestions to visitors: Inquire how to raise and lower the blinds in rooms with the automatic raise and lower buttons. If there are two of you, request an additional set of shower soap, shampoo, etc. If I were to make suggestions to Highpoint: Improve bathroom lighting.”

“If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.”

“I was in from IL, it was a last min emergency and needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital (11 mins away) and right by the airport! Check-in was fast and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated. They also had microwave and a fridge n freezer in the room. The Waterpark was small and perfect for my 2 yr old grandson. They had a great bar n grill restaurant at the hotel (open for breakfast also!).The food was great and well portioned and the staff was very...

“Breakfast was good and and parking was easy since we were handicap had some trouble at snack machine had to do it about five times.we tried debit card but tried to select 3 or 4 items but had to do debit card again. We finally got change for a ten and wife had to go back to 3rd floor Dollar bills + and select one at time”

“Clean facility comfortable beds and pillows. Late pool hours were a plus.”
