“We loved staying here! We absolutely felt it was our home away from home. The location is ideal, close to shops, grocery stores , bakeries , the harbour and the beach. We hope to come back soon. The only thing to be improved upon was the dust underneath the bed. Not a huge deal unless you suffer from dust allergies. It only occurred to me when we were leaving and looked under the bed for missing items and the dust bunnies under there woke up my allergies. Other than that we look forward to...

“We were in an executive suite. The room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was ok. However, the kitchen utensils were very dirty, and I was surprised that the balcony had not been equipped with spikes or something else to keep away the great number of pigeons swarming about. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee finished very early, and no more was brought. The setup was weird, because you had to bring down your own tray and cups, get food, and go eat it in your room. “A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”
