This home has 6 bedrooms and plenty of space for a group vacation.

The backyard is fully equipped with. Pool/Hot-tub and bbq.

The house has a full bar with a karaoke machine/board games for fun nights in with the family

High speed wifi throughout the house

Pool/hot tub/patio use is only until 10 pm to minimize night time noise and respect neighbours as well as the safety of our guests. No music is allowed outdoors and that is monitors using NoiseAware. The pool has a fence around it now for the protection of guests and children.


Absolutely no parties or events at this home.

Please no music outside the home as it’s a quiet residential neighbourhood.


Hot tub is always heated and ready to use unless going through maintenance.

Please note the firepace is not an amenity and cosmetic.
Please note there is cosmetic damage on the tiles next to the pool table from balls dropping and general wear and tear in the home

One bedroom was unusable due to the noise/movement of the bunkbed that made it unsafe to sleep on. From damaged stairs that made it difficult to walk on to dirty washrooms and stained mattresses without mattress covers. This place was not clean and not as advertised or pictured.
Dirty bathrooms along with the toilet pictured below.
Damaged stairs that were uneven to walk on (at 3-4 stairs have this level of damage)
Dirty toilets that were not cleaned and cleaning product caked on over the dirt.
Accumulation of dust and dirt around the house.

The house was as advertised and offered plenty to do. It was big, spacious, and perfect for our group. There were a few items that were lacking. There was only have 1 frying pan to cook meals with. Which isn’t enough when trying to cook for the number of people we had staying. There was only 1 glass (plenty of coffee mugs) for our whole group to use. We received an email asking us to use only plastic by the pool, rightfully so, but there was not an item of plastic in the kitchen at all. We had to run to the grocery store to buy solo cups and paper plates so we had an adequate amount for the weekend for our group. We added pool heat, which was needed as it was a cold and rainy weekend, but allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space. The email said the outdoor cushions would be stored in the closet but they were outside in the rain when we arrived so they were unusable the whole weekend. Even for the few hours it stopped raining as they were soaked. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend!

VRBO for Golf Trip

The property location was good and the size of the house was perfect for our group of six. Communication with Paul was excellent and he responded quickly to any questions we had.The only issues we had was that there was damage on the bedroom door on the main floor, which Paul knew about and has ordered a replacement, Also, the temperature control knob on the upstairs bathroom shower was missing so you couldn't control the temperature of the shower. We also noticed that the floor tiles around the pool table are starting to crack so they could give off little pieces of tile if you are not aware.Other than that, the place was as you see it on the VRBO site. It was still an enjoyable stay.

Property owners were reliable and reasonably accessible. House is beautiful! The pool table was a huge hit! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were suitable for our large family. We appreciate not having to take care of bedding and towels when leaving. If we ever have another opportunity to visit the area again, we would definitely love to stay at the property again! Recommendations: - provide a large frying pan - towel racks in the bathrooms would be helpful - considering people’s arrival and departure times, more flexible check-in and check-out times would be appreciated - while I appreciated the one hour later check-out, the landscapers arrived before 10:00, and we felt a bit rushed to leave

Beautiful house, great amenities

Beautiful house, lots of space and amenities. Loved the pool table and karaoke bar, and hot tub at the end of the day was perfect. Would like to go back when whether is nicer to take advantage of the pool. Hosts were great, responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Paul and Rachel are great host and with great communication. The home is spacious, clean, safe and had everything we needed for comfortable stay. The location was perfect, peaceful neighborhood, short driving distance with shops and restaurants for our needs.

Spacious and comfortable

The yard was private, although a bit of road noise as it’s near a busy street. Amenities were great, weather was wonderful for late October. Thanks for a fun stay.

Cute and functional.

We stayed here with a group of 10 women for a bachelorette. Very cute and clean. It worked great for us, but we did have a couple challenges: - Kitchen cooking supplies were limited or broken - Be careful where you step on the deck (it's pretty uneven) - Many outlets throughout the house didn't work. Generally, the host was communicative and the house had plenty of beds so we definitely enjoyed our stay. The master bathroom was absolutely the highlight!

Something for everyone!

Our family was visiting Vancouver for an event and we had family traveling in from all over BC. The house was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. It had a nice large well equipped kitchen making it easy for us to cook meals. It was perfect for us! Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the pool table was used nightly along with the karaoke which was a huge hit from everyone (ages 2-60). There was lots of room for everyone to visit in common spaces as well as hide away if you needed your space. 5 minute drive to the skytrain which made it easy for us to head into Vancouver. Paul and Rachel were quick with responses and accommodating for our family's requests. Would use this location again when in town with a large group.!
