Welcome to our beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home ~ the perfect place for families, groups, and friends to create lasting memories. Thoughtfully furnished and styled for comfort, function, and relaxation, this home offers a blend of modern luxury and cozy charm.

The Space:

MAIN FLOOR

The main level features 3 spacious bedrooms, including a stunning master suite that feels straight out of Architectural Digest. Enjoy a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired ensuite with his-and-hers sinks and a double shower.

The patio connects directly to both the living room and the master ensuite for easy indoor–outdoor flow.

The other two bedrooms include:
• Bedroom 2 – King bed
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed

A stylish common bathroom serves these two rooms.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is ideal for gathering and spending quality time together. Step into the private backyard where you’ll find:
• 4 lounge chairs
• Covered gazebo with outdoor seating
• BBQ
• Hot tub
• Fully fenced yard (perfect for kids or outdoor activities)

LOWER FLOOR:

Bedroom 5 / Games Room

A spacious entertainment room that also serves as the fifth bedroom, featuring:
• Two double-over-double bunk beds (sleeps up to 8)
• 500+ game arcade machine
• Popcorn machine
• Projector & screen for movie nights

Bedroom 4 (Private Room)

• Double bed
• Dedicated study desk

This level also includes:
• 1 full bathroom
• Full laundry area.

Guests have full private access to the entire main house and lower-level entertainment area, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, laundry, backyard, hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, patio, and all listed amenities.

★ There is also a separate 2-bedroom suite on the property with its own private entrance. Two long-term tenants (including the property manager) live there, but they do not share any indoor or outdoor spaces with the main house.

★ A separate side coach house is also located on the property with its own entrance. It is rented independently. Coach house guests have 3 reserved parking spots on the right side of the driveway.

★ Your group has 4 dedicated parking spots. The driveway is the only shared area on the property. A detailed parking guide will be provided before arrival.

★ A $1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings and charged after booking confirmation. It is fully refunded 15 days after checkout, provided house & pet rules are followed.


House Rules:

1. Parties, Smoking & Events:
No parties, events, or smoking anywhere on the property. This includes weddings, celebrations, or gatherings without written approval. Approved events must be arranged before booking, as pricing differs. Unauthorized events will result in eviction, forfeiture of the deposit, and a $500 per-night penalty.

2. Guest Policy:
Please include all guests in your booking — all visitors are considered guests. The nightly rate is based on the number of registered guests, so reservations must reflect your actual group size.Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval. If your guest count changes before your stay, let us know and we’ll update your reservation.Any unauthorized guests, even for one night, will be charged $100 per guest, per night for the entire stay. This ensures fairness and prevents unauthorized events.

3. Noise Restrictions:
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please avoid loud music or disruptive noise at any time to respect neighbours and other guests.

4. Check-In & Checkout:
Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request. Early check-in is $50 per hour (max 2 hours early). Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout must be approved in writing; otherwise, a $500 fee or one full nightly rate may apply if you have not checked out by 11:30 AM.This is due to potential same-day bookings and the 5–6 hours required for cleaning.

5. Accidental Damage :
We understand accidents happen no stress. Please inform us right away if anything is damaged. We carry third-party coverage, so most accidental damage is covered. Any damages not covered by insurance will be charged to card on file. Honest communication helps us maintain the home for all guests.

6. Waste Disposal :
Please follow the garbage & recycling instructions guide sent to you. Improper disposal may result in a $200 cleaning fee.

7. Supplies:
Basic essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices) are provided to get you started. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

8. Additional Charges :
If rule violations, extra guest fees, pet fees, or additional charges exceed the security deposit, the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.

Pet Rules:

1. Keep pets off beds and sofas. A $200 cleaning fee may apply for hair or damage on bedding or furniture.

2. Pets cannot be left unattended outside. A $100 fee applies if pet waste is left in the yard.

3. Keep pets quiet, especially during quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM). Excessive noise may result in eviction.

4. Only approved pets from your booking are allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 per pet, per night fee for the entire stay.
