  • Welcome to our private laneway house, near VanDusen Botanical Garden and Oakridge. This is a unit with its own private entrance, offering full privacy during your stay.

    The space includes one bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, and in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer. Free street parking is available at all times nearby.

    • 2-minute walk to the 010 bus stop with direct service to Downtown Vancouver and Marine Drive SkyTrain Station.

    • 5-minute walk to the R4 RapidBus and 041 bus with direct access to UBC and Metrotown (Burnaby).

    • VanDusen Botanical Garden is right next to the property.

    • Queen Elizabeth Park and Oakridge Park Mall are approximately 1.5 km away.

A great little place to stay! The neighbourhood is very nice. We liked our time here. The host was great and let us drop off our luggage early, which really helped us out. The Wi-Fi didn’t seem to be working too well and kept dropping Internet connection, but we weren’t there for long so it didn’t really affect us. Also, it wasn’t actually possible to close the bedroom door since the door hit the bed frame. I don’t think there’s a way to fix this, the room is just small. For future guests: there isn’t any privacy when entering the property and walking to your entrance. You basically walk into the hosts backyard. All of this was very minor for us, but it wasn’t obvious from the property photos so just wanted to mention that.

Quiet, clean & convenient location. Just needs a bathroom fan & Air conditioning & it will be perfect! Anytime that i travel to Vancouver in the future, I’ll definitely check to see if your place is available.

Bathroom wash towels,kitchen hand towels would have been nice. Space nice but tight. Sofa bed and bed were comfortable

We did a long road trip to the lower mainland, this was our most expensive stay and our least favorite. The listing says entire home, when it it just a small second dwelling in the owner's backyard. The host was quite rude upon arrival, speaking in a different language in front of us becauseshe thought there was a date mixup. They eventually let us in and then we didn't see them for the rest of our stay. Upon entry, the house seemed fairly clean but the house was full of long dark hair on the floor and dust bunnies. There was also no way to darken the room. Other than that, it was ok.
