    This private queen bedroom features a comfortable bed and your own private ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet and relaxing stay.

    The home is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from Downtown, UBC, and Vancouver International Airport (YVR). You’ll find bus stops, grocery stores, cafés, shops, playgrounds, and beautiful bike trails all within a short walk.

Hostess extremely accommodating. Our area was very nice, and the overall property location is beautiful and quiet. We plan to stay again during future trips to Vancouver. For us, access to UBC was straightforward and the residence is within minutes of campus.

The host was always very quick to respond and very helpful! All the information was accurate with some extra bonuses. There is a large share kitchen on the main floor, with an air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, 2 hot plates, coffee maker with coffee pods and tea bags. There is a large fridge with milk and water for the guests. Our suite had a new shower and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The host had a notice for guests to be respectful and quiet of other guests in the evenings. which we appreciated.
