Grundsätzlich kann man nichts gegen die Unterkunft sagen. Es war alles da, was man braucht, die Lage war günstig und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber/der Verwalterin einwandfrei.Allerdings wurde der Eindruck vermittelt, es handele sich um ein luxeriöses Apartment, was nicht der Fall war. Das Gebäude und die Wohnung schon älter, das Mobiliar optisch o.k., aber billig. Für den sehr hohen Preis haben wir etwas mehr erwartet und waren insgesamt enttäuscht.Fazit: das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Nice property with generally good furniture, excellent cleanliness and appliances. Somewhat awkward check-in procedure but it worked out ok. The mattresses in the bedrooms were way too soft for my group, but we did ok for three nights. Air conditioners were necessary in August and very noisy, but not much to be done about that in this building that apparently doesn't have central air. Overall: we were fine.

The apartment was very well furnished and well represented by the pictures. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, the washer/dryer was so convenient, and everything felt very clean. The views were great. The proximity to transit, the market, and to many locations was wonderful. We had a fabulous time exploring the city and having such a convenient and comfortable home base made it even better. Lynn was a good communicator and was responsive to my questions. We greatly enjoyed our stay - thank you!

This beautiful place worked out great for the 4 of us! It was very clean, had some nice higher-end features and was a great location as everything was within walking distance for us. We appreciated Thomas and Lynn for their understanding with our constantly changing late arrival times (due to flight delays, cancellation and a completely new booking of flights). Upon arrival we were so grateful for the beverages and snacks waiting for us as we were not just tired at that point but hungry and thirsty. I have a strong background in what could be considered a service industry so recognize details such as cleanliness, how furniture is arranged, little extras that add a a lot and most importantly -how we were treated. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Vancouver extra nice.

This was a fantastic location for many sights and tours. It is walkable and the transport services for that location were efficient! The cleanliness, stocked items, and cold water in fridge was a bonus! The ease of entry and communication was commendable. The evening views from the apartment were amazing. Super great apartment!

The location and apartment are spectacular! The views from the flat are unbelievable and the balcony was so great to sit and enjoy Vancouver from high up above. The rooms were comfy and spacious, and we loved the grocery store right across the street.

Fantastic place!

The property is exactly as listed. Great location, fantastic hosts and we will definitely be back!We had two kiddos (age 6 & 9) with us and they had a toy room that doubled as a remote office. The views of the harbor and city are exceptional. And most importantly, the beds were comfortable.

Perfect location for our Sun Run weekend. Third bedroom is a pantry/storage space with a full single bed so a bit tight and dark, but accommodations overall were great for our party that needed the extra bed for a fifth person. Additional small den was a bonus as three of us “worked from home”. Lots of light, great views in three directions, all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby for everything you could need. We will stay here again.

Clean and cozy apartment with wonderful views

We stays in this apartment already second time and everything was great! Apartment is clean and cozy and hase beautiful view in all directions. We had everything that we need in the apartments. The location is convenient and close to many restaurants, T&T supermarket, arena, Science museum. Skytrain station is just around the corner. Parking space in the secured underground garage is very helpful. We'll be happy to come again.
