    Welcome to your home in the sky! This gorgeous home on the 25th floor has the most stunning views of the water from every room!



    Centrally located! Steps to trendy Gastown, restaurants, Rogers Arena, BC place, attractions, and Seawall.



    The building features some of the best amenities in town:

    - Secured underground parking.

    - Indoor pool

    - Hot tub

    - Dry and steam saunas

    - Fully equipped gym

    - Private garden for guests

    - 24hr concierge experience at this centrally located place.



    The Space:

    NOTE: Please note that the master bathroom only has a spa-like Tub and no standing shower.



    Other Things to Note:

    Sofa bed Use:

    Kindly note that there will be a linen charge for using the sofa bed. Please inform us in advance as our cleaning company requires this information.



    Crib and Highchair:

    We offer the option of renting a pack 'n play and highchair for an additional fee.



    Please note we do not refund credit card processing fee for eligible refunds .



    Pool and Hot Tub will be closed from Jan 30th 2026 until the first week of March 2026.



    Portable AC:

    Please Note that for summer months there will be 2 portable AC units in the apartment which means that there will be 2 windows open with the AC hose outside.



    We are fully licensed and are allowed to do short term rentals.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view

The condo is very secure and very safe. The interior was comfortable and exactly as pictured. The location is great. We walked every where and never had to use our car. I would definitely give is my highest recommendation.

GREAT STAY

Devon - operates a very excellent VRBO. He is very attentive. Location is perfect walking distance for hockey or Football games. Gastown is easily accessed by walking Along with local water taxis to Granville Island. We will return as it was a pleasure to stay there.

Great Vancouver location

This property is located in an excellent location, especially if you’re planning to visit BC Place or Roger’s Arena during your stay. The listing photos and descriptions are accurate. The unit is kept very clean, and check in/out was easy.

Great Vancouver Stay

This condo was great for our Vancouver stay. Perfect location to attend a Canuck's game. Easy to get to and easy to get around the main Vancouver attractions. Condo was comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

We could not be more happy with our choice to stay in this condo in downtown Vancouver. The property is conveniently situated and close to everything in the city. The host provided clear instruction for check in and check out. The property was clean, modern and welcoming. Will consider this unit in the future when traveling to Canada.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

Three of us stayed two nights in this beautiful condo. The views of Vancouver are spectacular!The property owner provided detailed instructions for checking in and out. Because it's a secure building, there are several safeguards in place (which is great!), making the process a bit complex. But thanks to the clear instructions, everything went smoothly for us.We'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, sounds odd but high quality paper towels and toilet paper is unusual for a rental so its nice to have. Kitchen was adequately stocked and great communication with the owner. I would recommend installing shades. In the morning its very bright in the entire unit by about 5:30 am.

Great Location, Great Apartment and Great Host

The entire process was seamless with host Devon provided clear instructions for everything and checking in between the stay as well. The apartment is very convenient located in downtown with everything close by. The parking was super helpful. The apartment was clean, beds were very comfortable (especially mattresses were pretty good). Internet was great and we were able to log on to all Mobil devices and watched Netflix on the TV as well. The only small thing was the sound of Air conditioner that was a little high. Overall, will recommend the apartment anytime to anyone.

We had a great trip to Vancouver recently and really enjoyed the condo. It was perfect for two couples and centrally located. Some of the pros were how quiet the condo was after a busy day, the pool area which was awesome and perfectly clean, the fantastic views from the balcony and then the communication with our host. Devon was very responsive and helpful. Some of the cons would be the area, which was central but right on the edge of a bit of a rough part of town and also the fact that the condo could use some touch ups. It’s clearly been used frequently and is in need of a little refresh. Vancouver is a city that has a couple rough areas (as most do) so it’s just something to be aware of and the minor touch ups are nothing that would put us off renting this spot again. Overall, a nice, well equipped condo in a handy location with a great host.

Great location and price!

The price and the location makes this 5 stars! As noted in other reviews, the kitchen isn’t particularly well stocked (3 butter knives, only 1 frying pan, no Cling wrap or food storage) but had lots of coffee and basic s&p, spray, etc. there is no extra bedding or blankets available unless you pay the additional 25 linen fee for the pull out couch. The central heat was set at 23 but the current temp never got over 20.5 and usually was closer to 19, but there were space heaters available. The operating windows and blinds had signs of wear or previous damage, the views were absolutely great, you could see Rogers arena. Building felt safe, easy proximity to the supermarket, pizza place nearby was great. Not a luxury or perfect unit, but for the price we would go back.

Great Stay in a great location with a fabulous view

We enjoyed our cozy weekend at Devon's place. The view is wonderful, with a fun ghostly reflection of the Harbor center at night! Close to the metro, and lots of amenities. Really a primo location and a lovely place. We offered some suggestions of a few items to add to the kitchen, like measuring spoons and steak knives. The pool / hot tub / dry sauna are very well maintained and quite nice. The parking garage is a bit of a maze and the parking spot for the unit is a bit small - for example, our driver could not exit our minivan when there was a minivan in the adjacent spot, and we couldn't open the passenger sliding door. Smaller cars would be fine. Parking to go up to the 25th floor to get the keys, and parking to drop them off at the end again can be a little tricky. And the elevator can also take a while, so just budget for it. We would totally return. Awesome place!
