This home features 6 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bathrooms, Ensuite Bathrooms for 5 bedrooms, and a full open concept Entertainer's Kitchen with full island and open concept dining area!!
The Space:
Total home size is 3250 sq ft/ 302 sq m. Our family lives in the area and can be close by if needed.
Your stay will include:
~ 2 Indoor Fireplaces on the main floor
~ Comfortable king sized bed
~ 6 Large Bedrooms, 5 with Ensuite Bathrooms
~ 5 full bathrooms, 1 Half Bathroom
~ 2 of the Bedrooms are located on the main floor (1 ensuite and 1 half bath across the hall)
~ Dining table that seats 8 comfortably, 3 can sit at the kitchen island
~ Smart TV - in living room
~ Netflix
~ Disney+
~ Amazon Prime Video
~ Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash in all 5 showers

We welcome you to our home which we use half the year as we are back and forth from the interior.
Any sort of disruption to the neighbourhood such as noise complaints, partying, smoking in the home, littering, will result in fines or shut down and eviction of your stay.
No Pets allowed. $1000 fine will be charged for clean up or for non disclosure. One of the owners is elderly with severe pet allergies.

There is 1 suite below with long term tenants. Your entire space is private and not shared with them. The backyard is a shared space during the summer months with the tenants that live in the basement. However, they do not have access to the back porch.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the house by keypad with a custom code. The entire main floor and upstairs of the home is included in the booking, as well as the back yard and outdoor patio space, with in suite laundry. There is 1 suite below with long term tenants. Getting Around:
Driving is the best and most recommended option for our location - there are 3 free parking spots in the front yard.
Located right in the heart of Delta/Surrey, shopping and Scott Road Skytrain Station is nearby via an Uber/Lyft ride that's 5 minutes away. Excellent restaurants and amenities are extremely close by, in the heart of Delta/Surrey. Downtown Vancouver and local attractions like Stanley Park, Science World, Granville Island are a 45 minute drive away during regular driving hours. Metrotown shopping in Burnaby, one of the largest shopping malls in the surrounding cities is only a 30 minute drive away. Travel time can take longer during rush hour.
Scott Road Skytrain Station is a 13 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride away and can take you to downtown Vancouver.
Cycling: Delta is a relatively bike-friendly city, with a growing network of bike lanes and paths. There are also several bike rental shops located in the area.
Walking: Walking is a great way to get around the neighborhood and explore the local shops and restaurants. The area is relatively flat and easy to walk, and there are sidewalks on most streets.

For the safety of our home and all guests, we require the following before releasing check-in details:
1) Signed rental agreement
2) Completed online check-in form
3) Government-issued photo ID + live selfie
This is a standard practice for professional hosts and is also required by our insurance. Your ID is stored securely and never shared.
3 Parking spots are available on the front yard parking pad. There is no additional street parking available.
Some of the closets, the garage and the basement are locked with owner's belongings, please do not access them. Fines will be applied if anything goes missing.
NOISE
As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm if possible. The neighbours have complained and they will call the police with any disturbances and/or drunken screaming in the middle of the night. You will be evicted!
$1000 fine for each undeclared guests will be charged, and for violating the "No Party" rules and/or noise complaints from the neighbours. The neighbours will call the police and you will be evicted if the noise is not kept down outside after 10PM. Additionally, this $1000 fine can be implemented for any House Rules that are broken.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available through Airbnb messaging, Whats App, text, and/or phone call throughout your stay if you have any questions. Our phone number becomes available on Airbnb as soon as you confirm your booking. If it’s during the hours of 12am-8am we may not answer, as our phones are on “Do not disturb.” If it’s an emergency, please dial 911 to call emergency services. If it's after hours and you cannot gain access to the property, please call us twice within 1 minute to get through, this will have your phone call go through while her phone is on "do not disturb." Thank you!

The property was great, we really enjoyed our stay. The space was very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone to come together or find a quiet spot when some down time was needed. Shopping was very convenient and had everything we needed close by and lastly, the Hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with!
