1. **Occupancy**
- The maximum number of guests allowed is seven.
- The booking must be made by an individual at least 21 years of age.

2. **Check-In and Check-Out**
- Adhere to the check-in and check-out times and procedures as outlined in your booking confirmation.
- A late checkout of one hour past the designated time will incur a $100 fine.
- A late checkout of two hours past the designated time will result in an additional night's charge at the full rate.
- Guests will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the disruption of the cleaning schedule or the schedule of the next guest, including the cost of relocating the next guest to a comparable property.

3. **Housekeeping**
- Guests are expected to keep the property in a clean and orderly condition.
- Upon departure, please:
- Remove linens from used beds.
- Dispose of all trash in designated bins.
- Start one load of towels in the washing machine.

4. **Noise and Conduct**
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

5. **Parking**
- Guests may use the two parking spots available in the driveway.
- Additional free street parking is available.
- Parking in the garage is not allowed.

6. **Pets**
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Violation of the no-pet policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

7. **Smoking**
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum fine of $350.

8. **Safety and Security**
- The use of candles, open flames, and any fires is prohibited.
- The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and should not be used.
- Do not tamper with security systems or safety equipment.

9. **Air Conditioning**
- The air conditioning system is designed to cool the house up to 20 degrees below the outdoor temperature.
- During periods of high heat, keep blinds or shades down and ensure all windows and doors are closed.

10. **Internet**
- The internet must remain on and active at all times. If the internet service is disrupted, the host reserves the right to perform onsite technical support to restore connectivity.

11. **Mail**
- Guests are not permitted to ship or mail anything to the house via USPS. The mailbox is locked, and guests will not have access to it.

12. **Long-Term Stays**
- Guests booking longer than three weeks may experience routine maintenance performed inside and outside of the property.

- All maintenance issues and any damage to the house or its contents must be reported to the host immediately.

- The person who booked the house is responsible for ensuring all guests adhere to and are aware of the rules.

19. **Violation of Rules**
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your rental agreement.
- In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any unused nights.
- The booking party will be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred by the host as a result of the guests' actions or violations of these rules, including but not limited to:
- Refunding future impacted guests for any inconvenience caused.
- Relocating future impacted guests to a comparable property.
- Covering the cost of the full nightly booking price while the house is undergoing cleaning or repairs.

20. **Additional Rules**
- Guests must comply with any additional rules outlined in the property listing, guestbook, and on listing website.
