Liked the convenient breakfast buffet, wish it changed a bit in variety daily though. Parking is very limited so had to do street parking the first night which is very inconvenient especially travelling with a baby.

Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size.🙂 Waffle machine was nice🙂 I had to go to the lobby for filtered water😕 No help with baggage. The trolly wheels were not very manoeverable. 😞

The hotel was poorly managed. They gave me a room with a broken toilet seat. When I ask for a different room. They told me that don’t have enough rooms. Showers was dirty. It was just an unpleasant experience.

Disappointed with the breakfast selection. The warm Hard boiled eggs, unusual cold turkey sausages and water oatmeal were disgusting. The waffles and the toast were the only thing good.

The location is very convenient for dining and shopping. the room is clean and the room service & breakfast service persons are very nice. The only thing is that the bed is not as comfortable as I expected.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight and they were completely not understanding! Parking was full and we had to park out on the street and wheel our luggage all the way out there. Staff was rude, and the walls are paper thin- super noisy!!

Always enjoyed staying here. Neat and clean and simple. Now it is showing some age in carpeting We still like the waffle breakfast but the quality of the coffee gone down hill. Very bitter.

Over all the hotel was nice and staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept. Lackluster breakfast, same every day were as other la quintas change up the breakfast hot items daily. Our room door lock was not working right, had to check that it was locked as it wouldnt always auto lock. They seemed to be having issues with the key card system.

We stayed for one night for our visit in Richmond. It's located near restaurants and shops. Not lots of parking spaces in the hotel parking lot but we were there on Thursday night and were able to park in the lot. The pool and hot tub area very clean and heated. Although the pool is very small (we only used the hot tub).

I was able to check in early but they wouldnt allow late check out (which was fine because you are already allowed late check out at noon). The room was spacious and clean and the linens were very nice, we also received extra blankets. However the pillows were very high, hard and uncomfortable so our necks hurt really badly so, didnt sleep well. The fridge was very loud and kept waking me up as well. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and variety (eggs, sausage, English Muffins, waffles, toasts, peanut butter, jams/jellies, different cereals, oatmeal, different juices, teas, coffee, milk etc. All the staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Both the hot tub(Whirl pool) and pool were nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend.

They found no evidence of activity, nor have we experienced activity in the past.
