If you book here, do it direct, not through Expedia. My stay cost $5987.93 and any time I asked about anything their response was “sorry sir, you booked through a 3rd party.” I couldn’t even get my Bonvoy points. I had to request a new shower curtain as the one in the bathroom actually smelled so musty, the pooper needs 2-3 flushes if you don’t just use it for a number 1. God forbid you blow your nose and throw the tissue in the toilet, 2 flushes to get an empty bowl, and I had to ask for the watered down shampoo (that actually squirts across the bathroom it’s so watered down) to be filled twice before it actually got done. Surprised they didn’t say it was because I booked through Expedia.
All that being said, other than the guy at checkout, the hotel staff were quite nice and very helpful. The Concierge Gentlemen were all absolutely fantastic.
The property is old, it shows its age. The gym is very basic and the equipment is not current or well maintained. I’d certainly recommend looking at other properties before booking here.
