Wonderful property very clean and well kept and host is very kind and helpful. Location was great walking distance to market and coffee shop/bakery .safe area and quiet. We stayed a month really enjoyed it

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo for our vacation to Vancouver. The condo was in a nice, quiet, neighborhood and was large enough to accommodate everybody with three bedrooms and a bonus bedroom in the basement (worth noting that there is no thermostat or ANY venting down in this extra bedroom so if the weather is too hot/cold, you're out of luck). The condo itself was very luxurious with brand new high-end amenities and decor. A/C and in-floor heat worked well, 3rd day the AC didn't work though. Showers and water pressure was very good and everything was very clean. Beds firm with good pillows. Nice toiletries provided. The kitchen was lovely and well stocked, the only thing missing was a coffee pot (there was a Nespresso if you want to bring/buy pods). Living room was small with a small TV (the only 1 in the house), so if you have a group of people, it will be hard to all sit together, but nbd for us as we weren't inside much. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Check in and out was a breeze. The only thing that was a little unnerving was all the cameras. Outdoor ones are normal, but we spotted an indoor one in the kitchen, not sure if there were others inside. Overall, we would recommend this VRBO to others.

We stayed at this immaculate half duplex for about a week. Everything was just perfect! We love how clean and modern it was. The location was great as our kids were attending camp at UBC, so proximity to the campus was very convenient. We also worked remotely out of the house with no connection problems. Other family members walked to nearby H-Mart, Save-On Foods, the community center, playground, etc. We made friends with some neighbors and their dog as well, felt like we were part of the neighborhood. The host was super responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vancouver.

Our family stayed at this property while we celebrated a UBC graduation. Everything was new and modern. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was a quick walk to the grocery store.
