Clean, modern (IKEA) finishes. Suite is comfortable for a short term stay and kitchen is adequately stocked. Quiet and in nice area. Good value for the price. Check out time is a bit early (10 am). Overall, a good experience. Thanks.

Michael was a great host, very friendly and responsive! We had a great stay at this place. All the listed amenities were provided - we especially appreciated having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Walking distance to Nanaimo Station made it easy to get downtown. Would recommend!

this was a great place for commuting to the VGH. The hosts were on top of everything from move to move out. The space is nicely, renovated and very clean. The kitchen was very handy. Parking was on street but very accessible and included in the cost. For longer Stoesz the in suite laundry was nice. There are stairs you need to go down to access the suite from outside, but it has good railing and lots of space at the bottom so it wasn't cramped or awkward. I would definitely stay again

This suite was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed! The check-in was very simple and there were plenty of parking options along the street. Also, the Nanaimo station for the skytrain is only a 10 min walk away which was a big plus!

Quiet Comfort

We enjoyed this clean suite - perfect amount of space to make our own breakfasts. The kitchen is well appointed with supplies. Nice fresh furniture and a comfy bed. Lots of storage for clothes and even used the washer dryer. Easy parking and close to restaurants to meet friends.

Nice quiet area, very clean .Minor issue with door lock was addressed and shower a little tuff to start if hands are wet.But all in all, good value for the money.We would return.

Perfect week in East Vancouver

We had a lovely week staying here in East Vancouver. The place was very will maintained and had all the household amenities one would ever need. Parking and check-in were a breeze. The location was wonderful.We would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Stay

The property is modern and well equipped. Unfortunately, the bed was far too hard and neither of us slept well. And we would have appreciated more opportunities to recycle. We put everything into the one blue box under the stairs. Excellent location for our needs on this trip and easy communication with management.

This is an excellent, well appointed property in a nice, centrally located neighbourhood. There is a nice park within walking distance. Parking was always available outside the door. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything in the unit is new. I would definitely stay here again. (We also found communication with owner very easy.)

Easter weekend

The house was attractive and easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious and clean, well laid out, with appropriate flatware, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The bed was comfortable, bedroom roomy, the bathroom well-appointed. The entire house was exceptionally clean and uncluttered. The manager was exceedingly thoughtful and helpful.

Amazing place

This was an excellent place to stay, the house is very spacious and really really clean. Amenities provided were top notch and we truly enjoyed our experience. The only down side was that we were not able to connect our laptops to the wifi, otherwise it would have been perfect. The location is great and parking was very easy.

Great spot

This property is great! Perfectly clean and felt very safe. We had a lovely stay. Location is a little outside the downtown area but it was easy to find Ubers for a quick drive.
