Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Wonderful space, love the combo of a common area with private rooms. It was very clean and there were even little treats for me when I arrived. :) My only suggestions are: Lengthen the time before the entry lock reengages. Someone else staying in my wing had stepped outside and the door didn't actually latch behind them because of this so the door was just wide open when I arrived. When I checked out I had the same thing happen to me where I took a little too long with my bags in hand and the deadbolt popped back out before I could close the door.
Suggestion 2: A little note somewhere in the guest rooms with the wifi pw, assuming that isn't changed on the regular. I mistakenly thought I would have mobile data as a visitor from the USA. Thankfully I had screenshot my room code info, but I hadn't done the same for the wifi. I only managed to get the info by painstakingly logging into my email via the TV in my room lmao :'D
And my last note is just a request to staff to really triple check the windows when cleaning the room. It was hard to tell with the blinds down and the neighborhood is so quiet that I legitimately couldn't tell it was cracked open for a few hours. It wasn't until I stepped over there to fully close the blinds that I realized it had been left open by the previous guest.
Other than those suggestions, I did have a wonderful time overall and will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future visits to Vancouver!
