The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The whole apartment was extremely clean and excellent instructions on how to use everything. The hosts were in communication the whole time and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a North Vancouver stay.

Great location and amazing unit. Super clean and spacious. Host was very responsive when I miss read the door log-in pin. Totally my fault and he responded within 1 minute. It was also great to have a private off street parking space for our rental car that was just a few steps from the units front door. You owe it to yourself to stay here when your in North Vancouver. Cheers.

Rental property was excellent. Probably the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in. Good location, walkable to the shipyards and a very cute small park nearby for our son. Definitely would recommend!

Great space in a prime location in North Vancouver. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars, also withing walking distance to the sea bus for easy access to downtown Vancouver. I'd recommend this rental to anyone.

This was our second day at this wonderful property! We stayed here both before, and after an Alaskan cruise and would highly recommend this rental and the owners. Each time we stayed, their communication was excellent, the unit was always extremely clean and organized, and it seems like one of the rare listings on VRBO that is actually better than the photos! We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thank you both again!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful one bedroom apartment! Everything is as it was explained in the write up! Easy access, kitchen well stocked, very comfortable bed and sofa bed in living room, easy to operate washer and dryer, wonderful shower. Great place

This was just an overnight vacation in town away from the kids...anyone with kids knows how much that is needed sometimes. The place was exactly as liated so clean and the communication with the owner was great! We would have loved to stay a week if the kids cohld handle being away from ua for that long. It was so easy, the parking was great, the place was cozy and overall we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you for thinking of the little things too, like snacks on the table, coffee available and 2 bottles of water in the fridge...the fan in the bedroom was great too, we always sleep wirh a fan on but didnt want to bring out whole house with us when we packed and it was a VERY pleasent surprise to see the fan and general thoughtfulness that you put into this listing/place. Thanks again and we would love to come again in the future!

Wonderful Hospitality

I was in Vancouver during a somewhat stressful family time. Nilly and Behrooz were the perfect hosts. Their unit is well appointed, quiet, cozy, very clean and accurately described in the VRBO listing. Communication was transparent and easy. While unobtrusive, Nilly and Behrooz checked in periodically to see if I had everything I needed and responded to questions very quickly. Appliances have their usage labeled clearly. Special touches include a little basket of information about navigating local attractions and transit, a welcoming tray of little edible treats, and plenty of coffee for the stay.While most places in N. Vancouver have lots of stairs to navigate, this unit has a back entrance that is accessible and the whole property is well lit in the evenings. Thank you Nilly and Behrooz for your hospitality and kindness.

Clean, cozy, and convenient

Enjoyed my stay here! The property was sparkling clean and cozy, with great amenities and easily accessible parking--important to me as I was visiting from out of town. Laundry facilities in the unit made the stay all the more convenient and like home. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great place, perfect location

I highly recommend this rental and host. Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable, and quiet and it was so convenient. The hosts have taken care to make it effortless for their guests - all the supplies you need are provided, the check-in/checkout procedures are simple and clear and the hosts are responsive. There’s even air conditioning and a dedicated parking spot (essential in this neighborhood). This was nicer than the hotel I stayed in last time I was in the Lonsdale area, and that cost >$500 a night and had less amenities.

Stay in North Vancouver to celebrate daughters wedding

Our host has thought of everything! From a shoe horn outside to very detailed explanations to make our stay easier. I would happily stay here again - thank you for the wonderful indoors and for creating a wonderful outdoor space. Please do not hesitate to stay here as well as - do not hesitate to have confidence in his host! Amazing! Close to everything that we could walk to also.
