Cocoonr Agency offers you, in the town of Vannes, this charming apartment freshly renovated with wifi (fiber optic), with an area of 39 m² and can accommodate up to 3 travellers. Located in a quiet environment in the shade of centuries-old palm trees, you can enjoy its terrace. On one level, it consists of a pretty living room of 25 m², an equipped and fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a living area with 1 person, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The accommodation consists of :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV and 1 sofa bed
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed
- A bathroom with shower, WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, plancha, fan, table and iron.

- A terrace equipped with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Prinzipiell war die Wohnung wie beschrieben und hätte uns gut gefallen, wenn….Wenn wir nicht eine schmuddelige Küche und vor allem eine volle, schmutzige und defekte Spülmaschine vorgefunden hätten. Die ganze Wohnung hat extrem gestunken, auch weil es feuchte Wände und ein feuchtes Bad mit schimmelnden Fugen gab. Die Spülmaschine ist dann nach zehn Tagen vom Vermieter, der auch im Urlaub und durchaus freundlich war, ausgetauscht worden. Die Agentur ( Cocoonr) hat zwar höflich auf unsere Mails geantwortet, sich aber nicht gekümmert und uns nur eine Entschädigung von 100.- Euro gewährt.

Location tres bien . Propre tout a disposition produits entretien gel douche, un ou 2 transats sur la terrasse serai bien apprécié. Sinon rien dire tout est ok

Nous sommes repartis plutôt tôt que prévu. L'appartement était trop sale. En effet, l'abattant des toilettes est jaune, je m'en suis rendu compte lorsque j' ai nettoyé les toilettes à notre arrivée car ils étaient sales, c'est-à-dire traces fécales sur l'abattant. De plus les serviettes sentaient mauvais. Odeur d'humidité. Idem pour les draps. Le lit n'est pas un lit mais un canapé. Le matelas est extrêmement mou et inconfortable. Le drap s'enlève et il n' y a pas d'alèse. Les cousins du canapé sentent mauvais. Il y a une odeur de renfermé et d'humidité dans tout l'appartement. Il y a des traces dans la salle de bain. Les carreaux sont sales ainsi que le salon de jardin. Nous n'avons même pas pu marcher pieds nus. Et cerise sur le gâteau, personne n'a pensé à installer une isolation phonique lors des travaux ????? Nous entendions tout ce qui se passe au-dessus. Les pas, les discussions, la télé, l'eau du robinet, la chasse d'eau et on entend uriner. Je pense que c'est honteux de louer un bien dans cet état. Je trouve vraiment cela irrespectueux envers les touristes qui viennent passer un séjour de repos et de détente. Ce sont nos seules vacances et nous avons été obligés de les écourter car nous étions épuisés. Il me semble pourtant avoir payé la somme demandée. Vacances gâchées !!! Pourtant tout est mignon et bien décoré. Mais ça ne suffit pas, il faut entretenir et nettoyer !!! Et il est évident que je ne recommande pas cet appartement.
