全体的に清潔感がなく、設備も古くちゃっちい。バスタオルはやぶれているし、お湯は5分ほどしか出ない。こんな設備の割に値段も高い。夜22:30に枕カバー交換に来たり、執拗にルームサービスを利用しないかと電話がかかってきたりと、サービスも最悪。二度と宿泊しない。

Nice front staff
Front staff was very nice and helpful- Room was good compared to other places in Varanasi. It is a bit far from the Gats of Ganges - but the place is nice. Please make a note that breakfast is not free. Food is OK but pricey compared to other good places tere. View from the hotel is not that great.

あまりすすめられない
2回泊まりました。バスタブがあるホテルを探して予約しましたが、お湯の出が悪く、1回目は冷たくてシャワーも使えませんでした。2回目はましでしたが、バスタブに湯をはるだけの量は出ませんでした。しばらくするとぬるくなってしまいます。ボイラーの問題でしょう。寒いので頼んでヒーターと毛布を持ってきてもらいました。エアコンと書いてあっても冷房だけで暖房はできません。1月上旬で最低気温が８℃ほどです。スタッフは愛想が悪く、チップをよこせと言わんばかりにふんぞり返って立っています。周辺はニュータウンの割にはそんな雰囲気がありません。近くにＪＨＦモールがありますが、閑散としていました。スーパーがあっても生鮮食料品はろくにありません。 空港への送りをホテルに頼んだら750ルピーとられましたが、2回目は近くにタクシープールがあるのがわかったので頼むと、空港からのプリペイドタクシーと同じで600ルピーでした。 6000円を超えた値段だったので、その割にはがっかりでした。

Disgusting!!!!
Me and my wife are an easy going couple for Australia and Sweden we have seen some bad hotels/hostels in our backpacking trip, but this is a really bad hotel. Due to no ventilation in the hotel we had to change the room 3 times because of the mould all over the walls. The sheets seemed damp cause of the moisture in the room, again due to no ventilation. Please ignore the statement that the hotel has wifi, it has none what so ever, over the 3 day stay the wifi was "broken",we had to go to another hotel to finally get wifi. THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL....and after all this we got a little discount (3 bottles of water) which I just wanted to throw back at them. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.

Receiving was Bad . Service was Worst . As promised nothing was provided unless demanded. Staff response was late infact very late and Harsh . Only 1 thing i can say good about this hotel is Breakfast was good to taste ..But again service was worst.

I picked the hotel because they stated the hotel had wifi, when I arrived they told me they only had it in the lobby. But when I checked it did not work at any point of my stay.

One of our favorite budget-places in India
Our queen bed room was small but comfortable and clean. It was about a half hour rickshaw ride to the ghats which was slightly less convenient. Staff was accommodating; they were able to add a cot for our third guest. Wifi was only available in lobby. Good air conditioning, warm water slightly less reliable. Overall, a nice stay.

I was with my wife for two nights, and we realized that we would have had a better option with the same price. I guess this hotel is a bit over-priced.

酒店在印度算是性价比比较高，各方面都一般，wifi基本不能用，唯一值得一提的是酒店的餐厅不错，香港鸡做得很有点宫保鸡丁的感觉，后来知道厨师原来是尼泊尔的，餐厅的饮料菠萝汁芒果汁都不错

The room was clean, bright and everything worked but contrary what they promised, there was no internet in the room or/and public areas. The service was very poor and annoying.

Fairly good for the price
This hotel is only about 200 meters from a shopping mall where you can find Pizza Hut and McDonalds. The sheets were dirty and seemed to have been used when we checked in and we asked for a replacement. It's cheap though, what else could I ask for?

Great Hotel, far from tourist sights
I really enjoyed staying here. In fact I've been on two occassions. The hotel is very comfortable, but it's a bit far away from the tourist zone. It is pretty close to the train station though.

Very nice hotel for the price
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is very close (walkable if you can find the way) to the train station but quite far from the old city area if you're here to see the Ghats. Very good service and the dish I had at the restaraunt was quite good too. I stayed here on two separate occasions and would come back again.

I would go someplace else
Well located, considering.... Varanasi is an unbelievable place. I would stay at the hotel next door, The room was decent, the restaurant not very good, specially if you want western dishes, as we did. We had to walk to the hotel next door (Radisson) to eat, as there are no other places around. The room was basic, the bathroom very old and uncomfortable, The staff was not very nice. Make sure you request a high room, this city is extremly noisy.

The Hotel Zeeras is an excellent value for the price and it provided me with a nice respite from a busy ten day trip in northern India. It was very convienant to go to the airport to fly to Delhi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in India on a budget.

Really shouldn't be offered through Expedia!
I know this hotel was cheap but It was the best available on the dates we wanted and it had been given 3.5 stars. It did not deserve them. The staff were unfriendly, the hotel dark and dingey, our room very basic: 2 odd kitchen chairs, filthy duvet and pillows (without covers), tatty old rug and a very unpleasant smell. And it was incredibly noisy, day and night. We checked out after 1 night but no-one seemed to care. I'm really disappointed that this hotel has passed the Expedia test as every other hotel I have ever booked through Expedia has been great.

Como todos os hotéis que fiquei na Índia, os funcionários confunde gentileza com subserviência. É bastante desagradável ter que aturar funcionários a todo momento no quarto, para quarquer pequena solicitação. O banho foi outro problema, pois a água quente disponível é pouca, pricipalmente para o padrão brasileiro. O sistema de internet é bastante precário. O melhor do hetel é que não fica muito próximo ao trânsito barulhento, o que falicita o sono.

The Hotel Zeeras Varanasi
This hotel is a dump masquerading as something that it most definitely isn't. I booked due to the flowery info provided by trip advisor as I felt it met all my requirements. WIFI & safety box being important to me. To start with I was told that the WIFI server was down but would be up soon, strange as I couldnt see a signal. Next day still no WIFI, but was told I could use the computer in the lobby?!!?? Server down? computer in lobby working??. On trying to get them to admit they didn't have WIFI I was met with inane grins. I asked about the safety box, or lack of, which was then bought to my room and then literally chucked in a wardrobe, not bolted down. I couldn't use it for 2 days as no one new how to open it. When I complained more inane grins and told if I wait the manager will be along in 2 or 3 hours and I can speak with him. ( The standard answer!!) The 3 egg masala omelet they give you for breakfast I'm guessing must have been made using quails eggs. the only way to reach room service is to go down to the front desk as they never answer the phone. This hotel is a dump, it would be ok if they charged 5 or 6 hundred rupees a night but they don't. I would have checked out immediately if it wasn't for the fact I had already paid up front . I strongly recommend anyone considering staying here to go elsewhere and if your reading this Zeeras then buck your ideas up.

Im Stadtteil Cantonment von Varanasi, ca. 3-4 Kilometer von den Ghats entfernt liegendes Hotel
Hotelchef anmaßend und schnippisch und gab uns - wie wir erst am Ende der Reise bemerkt haben - nicht das Zimmer in der gebuchten Deluxe-Klasse, sondern in der Klasse darunter. Zimmer sehr laut, Schlaf nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich, Bettwäsche nicht sauber (fremde Haare, außerdem ein beim Zerquetschen blutabsondernder Floh, d.h. die Bettwäsche des Vorgängers wurde nicht ausgewechselt). Frühstücksraum unwirtlich. Das im Hotel gebuchte Taxi zum Flughafen beim Checkout war im Preis - wie so oft in den indischen Hotels - wuchermäßig überhöht. Alles in allem kein Hotel, wo man hingehen sollte.

Good, to be in India
After 12 days around India this hotel was quite good. Of course it had, as ALL not-5* where we have been in India, stained sheets. We found no hotel in India that did not had stained sheet. The good for this hotel was that they were not that stained. Anyway. The hotel is om 40 minutes from the Ghats....and this is good, out of the crowd and the busy city. There is NOTHING around it, but the hotel restaurant is good enough, not so the breakfast, a bit poor. You can organize everything you want from the hotel (trip on the Ganga river or else) but from the Ghats it self is MUCH cheaper. I recommend this hotel (if you are not used to 5* hotels)

Lovely stay at Hotel Zeeras
I loved this hotel. I was in Varanasi for 5 days so I had time to take full advantage of Varanasi and of the hotel. The gym is just the right size for a workout every day. The pool is wonderful and felt like a real luxury. The staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. This includes the two restaurants. We ate breakfast in the Taste of Bombay every morning and the staff there really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The travel office in the lobby is also very accommodating and their tours were reasonable. They run the internet cafe which has pretty fast web service - especially compared to other places in India. Overall this was my best hotel in India. It was a wonderful way to end my three week stay.
