Ville in Varese

“This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously...

“Superbe villa, dans un cadre idyllique. Propriétaire très sympathique ! ”

“Unfortunately a sink was missing from one of the two bathrooms. With six adults staying this was an unnecessary inconvenience. We were not informed in advance. While I sent a message to the “local” contact I did not receive a reply. VRBO did respond that apparently a prior guest had damaged the sink causing its removal. They gave me a small refund. The location is wonderful on the lake and if the weather was cooler and sink was in place it would have fully met expectations. Also there was an...

“This was a beautiful, luxurious stay with absolutely amazing views. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. There were scenic hikes nearby. The host was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa.”

“An amazing property near Lakes Varese and Maggiore. Such a stunning building! We had a wonderful week here, enjoying what the villa had to offer as well as exploring parts of the surrounding country. The hosts were efficient and super-helpful.”

“Pros: Tre bagni e vasca idromassaggio! Cons: Gli oggetti estranei!”

“We happened to stay during a really hot period. The house was therefore warm, extremely warm. Nights were awful despite the ventilators. They were only distributing hot air. During the day we stayed in the shade. Although the weather is out of anyone's influence, my advice is to install airconditioning in the living and sleeping rooms. Summers are heating up due to climate change, it would be a good investment. Due to this weather and the effect of it on my health we left earlier than...

“Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, spacious, can be used for big parties of 8 people, or smaller teams as well. Great swimming pool area and an outside area for big lunches. We had a great stay.”
