Ideally situated at the foot of the slopes (not suitable for beginners), this residence is perfect for ski enthusiasts seeking comfort and authenticity.
With a surface area of 32 m², the apartment is perfectly designed to accommodate 4 guests. You will enjoy a bright and cozy living area opening onto a beautiful sunny balcony, the perfect spot to savor breakfast while admiring the Alpine scenery. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, microwave, and kettle), allowing you to share convivial moments after a day of skiing or hiking.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and television. The living room features a sofa bed with a trundle system, which can provide two separate single beds. A bathroom with towel warmer and hair dryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete this functional and welcoming apartment.
An ideal pied-à-terre for a mountain holiday with family or friends.

Vars – Hameau des Rennes Residence
Located on the heights of Vars, the Hameau des Rennes residence is made up of charming 3- to 4-storey chalets and features an indoor swimming pool in winter, and both indoor and outdoor pools in summer.
This hamlet is situated at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift (ski-in/ski-out for experienced skiers), with direct access via a central lift. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental services are just 200 m away. A free shuttle bus stops nearby every 15–20 minutes and serves the entire resort.
Please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer. It remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
