- on the first floor: an entrance hall, a small bedroom facing west (3 single beds: 2 bunk beds + 1 drawer), a fitted kitchen with living room (extra sofa bed + drawer bed), a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Balcony facing south-east.
- upstairs: a bedroom facing east (bed 160*200), a mountain area (double bed 140*190), a bathroom bath, separate toilet.
Covered parking space (snow equipment essential, access via the Chalets de Vars 2000).
In the residence: large common room, 2 swimming pools: indoor in winter and indoor and outdoor in summer (opening of the pools according to the rules of the condominium).
Departure from the Fontbonne chairlift at the foot of the residence. Private ski room.
Shops, restaurants, amenities 5 minutes walk away.
Comfort 4 to 6 people, maximum capacity 8 people.

WINTER: INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES FOR THE DEPARTURE AND RETURN BY SKI: the Fontbonne chairlift is at the foot of the residence, so very easy to access the ski area from there. On the other hand, to reach the ESF you must know how to ski, and do not take the ESF appointments at 9am because it is the opening time of the TS. The other option is to cross the road at the top of the residence and put on shoes at the "Village Club du Soleil", you then easily access the ESF POINT SHOW or the ESI by the end of a small blue slope. Finally the 3rd option is to use the resort's free shuttles: Parking Fournet stop (see map of the resort).
For the return: blue Faisandière slope which leaves you at the bottom of the residence (TS Fontbonne), or as on the way there by the Club du Soleil village (blue slope "chemin des italiens"), or the resort shuttle.
