“This is my first negative review in 15 years. Unit was dirty and gross. My white socks were brown in 15 minutes of walking around, spiders in corners, mildew, mold and cracked tile in the shower. Floor was actually curved which is just odd. Burnt out light bulbs in kitchen. Screen door so loud I bought wd40 to grease the hinges. Staff was not responsive when asked to get the light bulbs switched out. Bugs in the unit. Staff was not responsive or accommodating when I asked for an early check in...

Beds were comfortable, which is important for seniors who were playing a lot of golf. Recliners were comfortable great location close to Pinehurst country club and surrounding area. “It was inexpensive and clean but the ice machine was broken and I thought the laundry would be in the unit, but no we had to walk to a hut and you had to load money on a card with your credit card !!!! It was not a 5 minute walk to the town center. There was a broom but no dust pan. The second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is no bigger than a phone booth and there is paint peeling in the shower . Also in the second bathroom on the wall above the commode there was damage on the wall...

The complex is very quiet and we enjoyed the views from the bedrooms and living room. In the morning it was cool and comfortable enough for us to enjoy breakfast on the covered deck. Being on the upper level allowed us to enjoy the views and nice gentle breezes. We would definitely choose to stay here again.”
