“The room was nice, eighth floor deluxe king, but it had concrete ceilings and floors. Kind of different but all the fixtures and lighting was nice and it was a very large TV. The coffee shop in the lobby needs some work... the worker was so slow and just one of those "don't care" attitudes. When you look on the website for dining, there is Shucks, a pizza place, and Vintage Wine, but they are all 3 the same place. They just give you a different menu! Very strange but the pizza was really good!...

“There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it. “The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“First problem we ran into was that the toilet did not properly flush. Meaning we could only flush the toilet every 30mins maybe more. This room was shared by 3 women by the way that had just got off the road from driving for 4 hrs straight. Then while showering the tub would fill up as if it was stopped up and it was noticed that it was poorly cleaned. Ewwwww, tried calling down noticed the phone was working 😒 so I walked down to report the issues and asked if I could be moved unfortunately...
